incompetent staff. One of the employees, "Matthew" cleared codes ILLEGALLY, stating it would be fine to drive. New codes popped up a few days later. Ended up being $1500 of repairs after taking it to a REAL shop. original codes were different and manageable, until he cleared them, making the issue worse.

I completed some engine repairs and the check engine light went out. I drove short errands over a 2 week period with no problem. Then I drove 20 miles and the CEL returned. Auto Zone to the rescue. I was a couple miles away from this location and Associate Orande A. was able to scan the code and print the findings quickly. I'll be back to purchase the items tomorrow!

I have had two great experiences at AutoZone in Bedford in the past two months. The employees are ready to help you immediately when you walk in the door. The first time I went in I needed a new light for my license plate, I had already tried to remove the bulb myself and was having issues on one side, the gentleman worked like 10 minutes trying to fix the bulb in 107 degree heat. The second time I went in was for a product to charge my AC, I already had a gauge so he helped me find the best deal for what I needed. Both gentlemen were very helpful in looking up what I needed. I will be returning for any other auto needs.

As a woman it’s very intimidating being on your own coming to an auto shop/ car place. David the store manager took care of me and explained things thoroughly. I really appreciate him, needs to be more men out there like him! So thankful!

Save urself the stress and go to a real autozone they close early don’t carry much and not to informed might as well go a extra 10 min to the hub where they got everything
