What should have been a quick wheel alignment has turned into a 2+ day ordeal. I called a few places in the area in advance and ultimately went with Firestone because they had the best price and told me they could have my car done in the next 4 hours (5 pm). Came back at 5 and they hadn't even started working on it, told me they needed 1 more hour. When I called back at 6 they told me they just started working on it. At that point I had things to do and said I would pick it up the next day. When I picked it up my wheel was still pulling heavily to the left so I came back. They did a quick test drive with me in the car to confirm, I guess they don't test their work by default? Then they told me it was because the tread on my front left tire. Of course I refuse to get a tire from them now knowing the quality of work, so I will have to go get a new tire then come back if I still need an alignment adjustment with my warranty. Overall I wish there was better communication from the start about the service time and then about the tire affecting the alignment instead of making me come back looking for answers.

Replaced my car's headlight. They did a great shop and it was quick and inexpensive.

I came in an hour before closing because my tire blew on the road and was completely not drivable. I pulled in on my last leg because i needed help. I am alone and a young woman who doesn't know how to change a tire. I'm in business clothes and 30 minutes from home. The woman at the front desk said she couldn't help me because they were busy even though at the VERY LEAST I just needed help putting on my spare. She suggested i call someone to help me and she turned around and continued to sit there. This is literally what Firestone is there for and to refuse service because you were understaffed and not even offer to help is unacceptable. I ended up having to call another service to put on my spare. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you have nothing else to do but waste your life in getting work done on your car, then this place gets 5 ! Absolutely pathetic! Just a simple inspection took 40 mins because the tech was tired and checking emails or texts and only thing he didn't do was massage the fenders. WTF, how does this place ever stay in business. Crank up Taylor Swift, " Never Ever will we be back together"! And then they wanted to be paid!

This Firestone has serviced my 2016 car for the past two years. They've done every oil change and inspection, every 3 months. Two months ago, I went to them with brakes that had just started to lightly squeak. After a full day of waiting for them to take a look (even though I had an appointment), they came back to tell me that all of my rotors were completely warped and quoted me $1,200 to fix everything. I found this incredibly amusing... as they have looked at my car every 3 months for the past 2 years and never once mentioned that my rotors were starting to warp, even 3 months prior. So much for a "complete vehicle inspection" every time you get your oil changed. I ended up going elsewhere, where I was told I only needed front rotors and it was $400. Funny that they left that detail out. The same day I had my brakes looked at, this Firestone changed my oil as well. Flash forward to now, a month and a half later, I've noticed an extreme oil leak (as pictured. I went to get it checked out today (not at this Firestone) and was told that "whoever changed my oil last time did not put the washer back on the plug." SERIOUSLY??? I've been leaking oil in my perfectly maintained car because this place failed to put a freaking WASHER back on my car during my oil change. I couldn't believe it. No one else had touched my oil since that oil changed. Also, I forgot to add that they quoted me double the price for a car battery two years ago. I literally walked across the street to Auto Zone and bought a battery for 1/2 the price they quoted me. Heather is not helpful whatsoever. She reports the information to you but has no knowledge to negotiate or give you alternative options. They take all day even when you have an appointment. Last time I was there, I saw a total of 2 men working the entire day. They apparently inspect nothing when doing a vehicle inspection and oil change. This includes your brakes, not putting air in your tires, and forgetting to put a freaking washer back on your car. This could have resulted in major engine failure if I hadn't caught it in time. Seriously, don't go here. What an absolute joke of a store.

This Firestone is awesome. Heather was the lady working the front desk when we went. She was very helpful and they got our car fixed in less time than they quoted up front which is so much better than the places that tell you a time and then it ends up being double. We will definitely try them again, next time we need something on a car fixed. I was definitely impressed and like them.

We hit something on the highway and had to stop at this store because we were losing air from our tire so fast. The manager, Heather, said it would be 45 minutes to an hour before we could get the car looked at. It happened to be Mother's Day, so to say the least, it put a dent in our plans for the day. Heather, though, had the car pulled in, diagnosed (thank goodness it could be repaired) and out the door within 45 minutes...... and didn't charge us for the repair!!! What service and kindness!!! I highly recommend this store!!!

Been here many, many times for small things and they've always been honest, fair, and good at what they do. They're my go-to place now for oil changes, brakes, A/C work, tune-ups, and changing out fender wells. They do all of that very well. And they're so honest!

Went there for inspection and oil change. I kid you not, they were working on one other car and yet it was less than 20 minutes between the time I arrived and the time I left. Prices were good (had a coupon), and staff was surprisingly pleasant. I'll be using this facility from this point forward. Of note, your GPS won't get you there, so here is how to find them: They are directly behind the Firestone on Harwood Road, just west of the bicycle shop.

Don't ever go to this Firestone. I took my car in there for a whining sound and was told they couldn't hear it and my car was fine. I heard it as soon as I left the shop, but trusted the mechanics which was a huge mistake. I drove from Texas to North Carolina on what turns out was a bad transmission. I was told by the transmission shop in North Carolina that Firestone should have been able to diagnose the problem and that because I drove on it, it made the problem much worse which led to them having to rebuild the entire transmission. Firestone's mistake cost me thousands of dollars and when I notified the office, I was told all they could do was apologize that they couldn't hear a noise. If a licensed and trained mechanic can't identify basic noises from an engine, I don't know why anyone would trust them to work on their car. I will never return here.

Replaced my tire quickly and efficiently. Kenya was very helpful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it cost me $110 to replace one tire. This may be the normal price nowadays - I have not had to replace a tire for a long time.
