“I’ve been to several dealerships that I’ve struggled with, and always left unhappy with the service. But I can honestly say I had an amazing experience at Grubbs Nissan. Everyone was so welcoming and super friendly. I went to check out a Nissan Rogue and test drove it with Fernando, who was very friendly, he provided excellent customer service! He encouraged me while test driving to try on all the features and explained everything clearly. He was very kind and funny, made the whole process very enjoyable. They had an event going on the same day and offered me snacks and desserts too. I’m a first time buyer so I was a little nervous but they were very respectful of my budget and the sales manager Abraham gave me different options to work it out. Nadia was very sweet and came to check on me every now and then and answered my questions! Nadia also called me after the purchase to make sure I was comfortable and happy with it. “Easy to setup an online appointment,was warned that it may be changed and I would receive a call from the service center if that was the case. I did get a call before my appointment time to reschedule my appointment to 2pm. I arrived early and waited for my car to be serviced. The service man at the desk checked my car and noticed a bulge on my front right tire, a replacement of this tire was added to my oil change. The service man was helpful and pointed out I could apply for a Firestone credit card which I did. Very friendly staff.”

But had to wait for quite a while longer to pay since no one was working the cash register.
