I frequently shop Albertsons in Bedford on Airport Freeway. I wanted to give a special shout out compliment to a couple of employees who are always helpful. Mike, in the deli department, remembers us & always has a friendly greeting. He offers excellent recommendations on meats, cheeses, and special sale items. Great customer service!
Also Jose at the butcher block full service meat counter goes all out to be helpful in every way. Both of these employees have great attitudes and deserve to be recognized for doing a great job day in & day out.

One of the workers asked staff about our 12-pack limit, there was never one and they set a weekly limit? That is crazy and was never addressed.

Really bad service from staff don’t know what’s going on but some of them are rude now and if you put a complaint they won’t become with a resolution I returned the phone calls since they wanted to talk to me about a situation that happened and they only left me on hold twice I called corporate and no one has contacted me I was expecting a phone call from the director but they never called there’s a racist and rude employee and they don’t do nothing about it it was my local Albertsons. Just go to Kroger instead their current employees are very polite they won’t get frustrated or act rude or racist if you ask a question or need help

I shopped at this location June 16th at 7:00 p.m. there was a young gentleman named Jose that went above, beyond, and out of his way to help me with his excellent customer service and positive attitude. He even helped me in a dept that he was not working in. STORE MANAGER - PLEASE OFFER THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE AND KEEP HIM ON YOUR TEAM! YOU DONT WANT HIM TO LEAVE, I ASSURE YOU!

The lady at the customer service desk was really rude her name was Rowena I was there Thursday morning to get a money order and she just slammed it on the counter and walked away without even saying have a good day or something
If you hate dealing with people don’t work in customer service!!!

Terrible customer service. I was checking out at the self checkout and I asked Lisa to help me. Lisa stood where she was, and didn’t walk to me to see what I need. I told her I need help and her reply was “what do you want?”. I don’t think this is how you should be responding or acting when someone is asking for help. I worked at grocery stores and restaurants before and never treated someone like that. I ended up leaving my groceries and I will never go shopping there again.

i usually go here because it’s easy and right by my house but the last 4 times i went i gotten something rotten and not expired just rotten like it wasn’t kept in the right temperature so it rotted the first time i thought oh it’s fine they’re human one things gonna go bad everynow and then but now that it’s the FOURTH time i think this is something yall should really look into :(

Yesterday, I ordered some fresh oysters for pickup, but when I got home and opened the bag, most of them were slightly opened, smelled really bad, and some were dried out in the shells. It's concerning that they weren't properly checked before being bagged. Selling dead/expired seafood, especially oysters, is a health hazard that needs to be addressed.

Our cashier Lisa was fantastic today. She went above and beyond to help us out. We have the best Albertsons here in Bedford with greatest staff and management alway friendly and helpful. Great pharmacy as well we love Dr. Rob.

I stop at the Albertsons a couple times a week on my way home. Lisa is usually my cashier. She's always so friendly and very helpful. She goes above in beyond to help her customers.

I just went through a very unpleasant and helpless situation on the part of the store staff, both the manager and the cashier, just for saying that they don't like Hispanics, God, how far does razism go towards you if the cashier seems to be Hispanic woman spoke Spanish and the only thing the manager did was run me out of the store when she didn't even let me explain anything, I just listened to what the cashier said, how is it possible that because I'm Hispanic they run someone away, it bothers me, yes, and I also try to defend myself. The cashier also kicked me out of that area and that made me angry when I had given her a smile and she turned to look at me very badly and that was when I told her if I had any problem and she answered me very badly and that's the only thing she said. They don't like Hispanics
