I'm in Tampa FL. I get my zummos at Walmart & Wawa. The last few times I have purchased the product, the rice has looked & tasted like mush. Unable to detect any full grains of rice. I have even cooked it longer, to make sure I may have undercooked it.
I love my zummos. Just wondering if the cooking process has changed.

No over nite parking but petro is like 2 miles away. I had a 6 am delivery they open at 6am I was unloaded n on my way by 8am

Their sausage is fantastic, all I use and I've tried tons of brands. I miss the maple sausage, it was amazing. Their boudin is another story. Chalky, dry and mainly rice. I don't even like DJ's boudin, but I'll pick it every time over Zummo's boudin. They need to rethink their boudin recipe or find a new chef to come in and improve it. The only exemption is their crawfish boudin that you can find at Market Basket. That's stuff is good.

Zummo's are the best sausage ever! I currently live in Chicago. Each visit home to Beaumont. A few frozen pack of Zummo's and Boudain in my cooler bag are my carry-on when flying

While I have consumed/grilled/fried/gumbo'ed numerous amounts of Zummo Party Links since I worked at Judice's French Market in the late 1970's in Port Arthur and will continue until I breathe my last, I cannot say the same for your standard Boudain.Moved to Lafayette, Louisiana 9 years ago and my eyes were opened to the wide varieties and quality offered here.If you really want to compete in the Boudain market in Louisiana, you must step up your game and adjust your combo to include more meat to rice than you do currently. Yes, your product is cheaper here then the many local creations, but the locals have a significant more amount of meat in their product and are quickly leaving yours as just a runner up and will continue to be labeled as just a "wannabe" creation from Texas.I can only hope you will take this into consideration so Zummo Boudain doesn't become a thing of the past.

Our veterans riding club recently held a benefit for the family of a fallen combat veteran. I talked with Frank Zumo and explained what we were doing. He made a generous donation of sausage that helped us raise over 1300. For this family. Mr. Zumo is a proud supporter of our local veterans and will always have our business.

I have ordered Zuumo's Boudin several times. I live in California and every time they ship my order, I cannot wait to open the box and eat the delicious BOUDIN! My family is from Lake Charles, LA, and moved to California in the early 60s. Since then my grandmother would make boudin every year for us. Zummo's boudin has the same authentic taste as my grandmother's. Thank you Zummo's!!

I've been eating Zummo most of my life. Number one sausages. You can never go wrong with some Zummo sausage. I wish we could them here in Knoxville Tennessee. I'm from Beaumont Texas. But I moved away from Beaumont Texas back in 1992. And haven't been able to find any sausage's that comes close to Zummo sausage. When I come home I buy two packs and bring them to Knoxville Tennessee. I don't care what other people are saying on these reviews about Zummo. The are the best sausages hands down.
