Do not feel safe, should amp up security. Hire people that actually do their jobs and fire the one who don't. The stores are looking real trashy especially JCPENNEY. I wouldn't recommend women or our young adults to go to this mall alone or without some form of protection. It's ashame!

Unethical, exploitive, and unsafe for both customers as well as tenant employees. I worked here for 6 years and I can guarantee that neither the immediate mall management nor CBL has concern in maintaining their image or integrity and it's brazenly shown for the longest time. A novel could be written but they'd be the only ones to not read it. Please shop locally from SETX businesses or online, do not give this place your time or tender until they publicly commit to doing and being better.

Pistol whipped Customer with a purse stolen in the early afternoon at J.C. Penney recently.. Now a man following women and masturbating... We can't concealed carry to protect ourselves and your security is inadequate and ineffective at best. I tell everyone that I know to avoid this place for personal safety reasons- Supporting local businesses is not worth the chance of an assault.

Parkdale Mall use to be a place my mom would take me and my friends to walk around alone while she shopped when I was a teenager. It was a safe getaway from smaller towns and now all you hear is about the crimes there and people being shot at or held up at gunpoint. Every few days Parkdale is being talked about and not in a good way. I've vowed to never step foot back here. It's only getting worse and you'd think the city would do something about it and help their citizens feel safe to go and shop. If nothing can be done to save Parkdale Mall, it should be closed down all together. If you still shop there, I hope you're packing!

What a disgusting place this has turned in to. There is nothing there worth my life. It seems every week there are reports of fights, shots fired at people, ladies being followed to their cars, vandalism. It's horrible. I can't tell you the last time I've passed there and seen security patrolling. At least central mall has decent security. This place needs to either get their crap together or shut the doors. No way I'd enter this mall without a weapon and since they've decided we can't protect ourselves and carry inside, I'll take my business elsewhere!!
