First I'd like to say I do not normally go out of my way to make reviews. However I wish I could give a half a star because that would be more accurate. I just spent the last 15 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone about a script I just picked up for my child. The reason I had to call back was because my infant son was screaming in the back during our pickup. This was something noted and apparently irritating to the tech who handled our script. We were inquiring about how much everything would cost, as well as trying to update the insurance on file. We were told it would cost one price and I asked if there were any GoodRx coupons available to which she responded that we didn't have any on file... I have worked for Walgreens before, so I know you have to actually look that up, it's not the sort of thing that would just be on my profile. Then she tells us that our insurance doesn't cover prescriptions but didn't explain why we have been able to get scripts there before... and has nothing helpful to say or do in regards to the high cost of one of the meds. So all in all pretty terrible and to top it alll off when I called to ask additional questions I heard my call get answered and picked up like 3 times. Avoid this Walgreens if you can. I know we will be.

Pharmacy has zero customer service, and they are unorganized at best. We've been waiting for nearly 1 hour after having a vaccine appointment, which we were on time for. Don't waste your time here.

Always busy, technicians don't know what they're doing or what they have in stock, gave us the complete run around the whole day saying they had my sons medicine only to go in at night and find out they didn't even have his medicine in stock!! They wouldn't answer their phones, then when they did answer kept us on hold forever. No one knew what they were doing.
