We arrived at 9:15 AM and the teller said our business needed to be conducted with a banker. I asked to see a banker, and was told (and I quote), "Well, she has an appointment at 10:00 and she has a pretty full day today so..." Are you serious? The banker's first appointment wasn't for 45 minutes still, the item we needed would have taken 5 minutes at the most, and the teller acted annoyed to even have to take the time to tell me to basically go away. The second issue is why there would be only one actual banker for a branch in such a busy area. Hands down, the worst WF branch I have ever visited. Please close it since the employees here clearly do not want to work.

I'm trying to understand why a Wells Fargo employee is getting paid but is never at work. The MIA employee is slowing down city production and Beaumont's production is already slow as dial-up speed internet. We need solutions, not apologies.

This has to be the worst bank and the poorest run facility in Wells Fargo’s entire portfolio. I just sat in the lobby for over an hour to speak to a banker after waiting 30 minutes in the teller line. All I needed to do was open a safe deposit box. I am now leaving without opening a safe deposit box, because the banker who has the ability to do so is not at the bank. So ridiculous.

The NCR ATM machine here is terrible and should have been replaced yesterday. Ate my debit card which took Wells Fargo 7 days to replace which was a huge inconvenience. This machine is clearly outdated and Wells Fargo cheats it’s customers in Beaumont with its poor service.

They are very slow. If this was not for my employer I would not ever come to this bank. I also know customer support in beaumont and all around the country went to the trash since covid. It's like only for their self. Smh
