The pharmacy area sucks big time they are extremely slow and rude. What is the point in asking what my prescription is over the phone it's in front of you I didnt write the prescription. The attitudes are also ridiculous if you don't like your job find a new one cs I didn't suggest this career for you. If suggest Walgreens in Folsom.

The pharmacy staff is way beyond rude!! They keep you on hold for over 30/40 minutes keep picking up just to put you on hold again as I know they stay busy but this is annoying

Not sure who was answering the phone but she was very unprofessional. I understand they had just opened but she never once greeted me or asked me to hold she just kept picking up the phone saying be right with you. She did it like five times. She kept placing me on hold until I was routed to the photo lab then they proceeded to transfer me to the pharmacy don't you know she kept doing it until I decided to go to the store and just get assistance in person.

Great service & The Staff members are awesome. The girls in the Pharmacy depth are as Beautiful as their personalities. I'd recommend to anyone. I'm satisfied!!!

I pray extra hard for the people who are not people persons. That pharmacist has personal serious issues. To yell at a customer and then say "this is how I speak!" LMAO yea serious issues. Because who in their right educated mind would yell at someone with barking fake made up policies? Pharmacy here at this location deserves a negative 100. Now Kieth store manager ahhhhmaaazing. We need a ton more like him in this world.....I appreciate his caring and attentive behavior.

The worse customer service of any pharmacy any where in BEAUMONT! Rude! I've put up with it for years because the location was convenient for my family prescriptions. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way before I use them again.

I went to the pharmacy today in search of something to help with Eczema for my toddler and let's just say the customer service was awesome. Thanks to the pharmacist Mr. Floyd and the other gentleman that took their time to assist me and answer all my questions.

Horrible service I had a prescription from the dentist for antibiotics. My tooth was infected & a root canal was needed but I needed to stop the infection. I called after waiting 2 hours & was told it hadn't been called in. The dentist office said they would call again & told me to ask that they listen to their vm (which I did). The girl said well we were to busy to check so you just have to wait! I requested to speak with her supv who got in the phone & said he listened to the ck & I wasn't on it. I drove ve there & was told the same thing. 8:30 pm I get a call & was told it just got called in. The dentist office closes at 6pm!

I have to give this Lucas Walgreens location 5 stars! I use to use CVS but being they don't appreciate their customers, have them run back and forth between pharmacies hoping to get medication only to find out they LOST my prescription and no apologies. This was the end of years of dealing with the inadequacy of CVS. Yesterday Walgreens confirmed prescription, told me when prescription would be ready and today it was ready. The lady at window was pleasant, and helpful. This Experience compared to years of frustration CVS tells me I will be a Walgreens customer for a long time.

Worst customer service ever I drop my child prescription off a day before pick and the order still was not ready on the next day not only that but I only had the primary insurance member Id number and not the insurance card the cashier Macy Browning was very rude and would not provide different ways to locate the missing information not only that when ask can the medication be flavor they stated it can not however this is not my first prescription for that particular medicine so I know the prescription was able to be flavored would not recommend using Walgreens pharmacy on Lucas they also tried to charge me for a prescription that was covered by both of his provider
