Everyone there is helpful and courteous, including the pharmacy staff. You are allowed to take your backpack in sometimes but usually they want you to leave out front by the front counter. Unless you're a regular customer than they don't care.
Soda pop deal: Dr Pepper products 12 can case $10. By 12-pack cans at $10 each and get two for free! So that's four cases of 12 pack cans, Dr Pepper products, for $20. That's the kind of deal I love to see.

I’ve never had any issues with this location. They are very efficient and timely with prescriptions. Just called after leaving the clinic and being seen by the Dr. Pharmacy staff were already working on my prescriptions. They do a great job here. They’re very busy but so is nearly every other pharmacy in Beaumont that I’ve seen.
The staff has always been very helpful and nice as well. I can’t relate to these negative reviews. Everyone has bad days. You’ve got to be understanding as the customer as well!

Horrible!! Over the last year I have had to fill 3 prescriptions that I needed and every single time I have had to wait days almost close to a week because of various reasons...medicine not ordered... miscommunications..canceled prescriptions. RIDICULOUS!!!! Thank God it's not life saving medicine I needed I'd be dead with no thanks to this joke of a pharmacy! STEER CLEAR!!! There's plenty of local pharmacy's in our area!

Came in here to pick up pictures walked to the counter and David and his partner some other girl did not acknowledge me right away no greeting literally had to speak up and interrupt their conversation. They both looked at me and David asked for my last name and then they both continued their conversation. I waited to pay there for 10 seconds and they ignored me so I walked away and told them to have a good day. They didn’t say a word back to me.

Best experience ever: Dr. Sinin Allahalih is a class act. She is professional, efficient, and highly informative. She analyzed the benefits and risks of every vaccine, addressed my concerns, and clarified internet info. She gave me the Prevnar 20 with no side effects and no pain (even a month later). I got in and out in 5 minutes even though the Pharmacy was very crowded.

I called before I drove an hour to get Here the pharmacy lied stating the could fill the prescription and it was in stock. I wait 1.5 hours for them to tell me they can't fill it in the state of Texas.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!! I have used walgreens for 35 years and this location has to be the absolute worst one... don't call... you will sit on hold forever , get shipped to multiple different people and still can't get a straight answer from any of them. The prescriptions here lately are never filled at the promised time... and the pharmacy staff is rude...

We were out of town and had to wait over three hrs to get our medicine filled after being told it would only be 30 mins. The employees are rude and slow. It’s ridiculous.
