This location has the absolute worst customer service. I work for a doctor's office and we call in TONS of prescriptions. It is near impossible to get a real person on the phone without holding 10-15 minutes. When we use their automated system, they are constantly telling our patients the RX was not called in, but in reality, they just don't check their voicemail. My personal opinion: good people of Beaumont, use Kings!!!!
