Taurean was incredibly helpful. The store in Beaumont is always kind and courteous. Taurean was amazing today give that guy a raise.

After several attempts to get an issue corrected, went BACK to Verizon store on Dowlen rd. This time I was blessed to be able to explain my problem to Amanda! She actually listened to me and resolved the problems! She is a FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE! You're very lucky to have her Verizon!
