The worst postal service in the city by a longshot. If you are having a package delivered put a address this office doesn't serve.

This specific office is absolute trash. Carriers have delivered packages to my front door before, but magically want to say that my package was undeliverable. I spent two hours trying to call this post office to confirm if I can have someone else pick up a package for me that was left at the main office. I had better luck contacting the one 800 number versus contacting the specific office number.

My package was returned instead of delivering it at my home doorstep despite my apartment number boldly written on the package. Too bad!

You wait dang near all day then you get a mail router to say they couldn’t deliver the package. I never seen nor heard no one knock on the door. You can’t get a hold to anyone in the office. 1-800 number still can’t speak with anyone SAD

They returned a package to me for no reason. It was addressed properly, and in the notes of WHY it was being returned to sender.. they didn't put ANY info.. 20$ down the drain, and another 20$ to resend.

This is the worst post office I have ever seen, package get put in the wrong mailbox, or never come, the post office clerk is rude and takes zero accountability, serval of my package have either been lost or stolen, this has been happening for the last 2 years

I have complained many times about my mail carrier. She refuses to place packages that are too large for the mailbox on my porch. There is no threat of dogs and both my last name and address are boldly displayed on the front of my house so she can't say she didn't know which house it was. We live in a rural area so our mailbox is across the street from our home making both mail and packages accessible to anyone passing by. The supervisor has done nothing! This location deserves o stars!

I have had several occasions my mail/packages are delivered to the wrong address and there seems to be no accountability taken or placed on the postal office. It’s literally up to a resident to recover the incorrectly delivered items or mail if able. Smh! Terrible!

Horrible phone service! If you call, the only thing that answers is an AI, that just tells you to check the website or send an email, and that the email response takes 3 days. They never even give you the option to speak with a human.And my tracking number says that my mail has been in this building for literally a week! So if I want to go pick it up, I would need to email them and ask, and according to the USPS' horrible ai, that would take another 3 days! What the heck??
