I use this location frequently for Amazon returns, as it is the closest to my job. There’s hardly ever a wait and the staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Especially Tatyana. She has the most pleasant attitude and her smile is the sweetest, even under the pressure of dealing with the occasional difficult customer. Will definitely continue to use them for my shipping needs.

I am a small business owner and I travel a lot. I often use UPS for my copy, fax, and shipping needs. I've been inside of countless stores in Texas and this one has really grown on me. I've been lucky enough to run into a few of the cashier's more than once and they have all stood out but I really want to recognize young Tatyana. She's always smiling and very helpful and knowledgeable for her age. She takes her job so seriously I've thought about offering her a job at my company, but I don't think she'll have time to travel and go to school at her age lol. Because of this awesome team of employees I've made it a point to use the collage street location whenever I'm doing business in this neck of the wood.

I feel like I’m always in a big rush when I drop off returns here. But they always treat me so kind! Tatyana helped me last time, and was super helpful and quick! It’s refreshing to have a sweet and helpful person when I’m in a hurry!

I am a frequent customer, I use this store for my Amazon returns and I am always greeted with friendly smiles and excellent customer service. I would like to personally thank Tatiana for her excellent and swift customer service and friendly personality. This is my go to store. I pass up other stores to come here. I live on the other side of town but, I love the customer service here so I come here.

I use the UPS store mostly for Amazon returns. Every now and then to ship something to a family member somewhere. Every time I go in there I’m greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Tatyana or one of her awesome coworkers. This team is hands down the best UPS store around. I’ve been to some where the employees are visibly tired, overworked, or just plain irritated. Not here. The UPS Store on College is my go to for shipping.
