I was very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy Ms Kia showed me when I came in to check on a package that had not been delivered yet. I was very upset until I spoke to Ms. Kia (?) at the customer counter and she was so delightful and polite that my attitude did a 180 degree turn around… It is people like this that make your company shine and make people like me satisfied customers. I honestly was on my last nerve before coming to the distribution center and when I opened the door and was greeted with a big ol’ smile and “How are you doing and how may I help you?” From Ms. Kia my whole demeanor changed… Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ms. Kia for doing your job while being a fantastic person at the same time. You kept my opinion of UPS a positive one because if they have enough sense to hire people like you then I have nothing bad to say at all… Keep up the fantastic job you are doing and I really appreciate how I was treated during my visit.

UPS is one of the worst employers I've ever had. The managers discriminate and patronize people with disabilities. I'm supposed to have protected veteran status and I was treated unfairly and harassed several times when I was a preloader. I asked for a reasonable accommodation to excuse a few minutes of lateness and instead they ridiculed me then fired me. This company hates disabled veterans. I wish I would've filed a complaint with OFCCP. They aren't worth working for.

This is about hours of operation only. Everytime I have been here the staff has been kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Now for the one star. Hours of operation for customer pick up via Google says 930am to 1200pm and 3pm to 630pm. So I make arrangements to be there before 1200pm closing. I get to the location at 1135am and see the sign on the door. Tried ringing bell to see if anyone might help or if sign might have been from a previous day. But no one came to chat so I can't be understanding of a special occasion for the sign. Infuriating to say the least. No issue if those are "new" hours, or hours have been like that for years. Please help out those who do not come to the location often and edit hours. I put in edit of hours along with picture of the door sign to help others. Because of this I will loose 2 hours of a day driving back and fourth or 3.5 hours if I wait for opening.

Doors are always locked. I went this morning at 10 and doors were locked, it's not as if I didn't look at the hours before I left, UPS.

Have been waiting on a package “out for delivery “ for 7 days… and yet another “delivery exception” message, always late , un dependable, even with packages marked perishable or live animal. POS company very incompetent

The employees were fine, but I paid $100 to express ship a package and it's been 4 days now and they won't deliver because the address is "vacant"... no one was home but there is in fact 3 people living there paying rent.

I was at this ups today and hadnt been in 20 years. The employee working the counter was very nice and most helpfull. However whoever the manager. supervisor doesnt care one sam rayburn dam bit about the employees that work in the office, and the manager cares less about people coming intot he office to conduct business. They top darn cheap tp run the ac and it isnt broken. The employee and customers had sweat pouring off as it was triple hot. That is being a massive cheapskate. I can understand the warehouse part being open , but not the darn office where the public comes in.

Can't talk to a person on the phone. Package clearly addressed to correct location, package was delivered to location 50 miles from where it was supposed to be delivered. Would be nice to be told why this happened. So sick of computers.

Worthless. There is no way to contact the location directly. No help from the "customer service" number. Absolutely terrible service.

Historically love our drivers. Recently we have a "cowboy" who races through our neighborhood. Asked nicely to slow down, almost hit our two dogs on our rural street. He wanted to negotiate SAFETY. "You keep your dogs in and I'll slow down".When I asked for his name would not give it. Told me "I know where you are" and "you'll have to pick up future deliveries in Beaumont, I'll never deliver here again".Called and reported his truck #, Supervisor called for my story. No follow up so far. Since then - next delivery delayed over weekend. Monday, package arrives and it had been opened.Use caution in the Crystal Beach area with your children and pets. This UPS hotdog not our friend anymore.

My package got delivered to the wrong place and these people saved the day and got it delivered to me in about an hour. They made my whole day and I will now know who to talk to when something like this happens again. Y’all are amazing.

Question,..got an email from UPS saying that my package is undeliverable due to insufficient address. Link is to an iCloud account. Is this a scam?
