I brought my phone by here that is a year and a half old. Though the screen was cracked. The guy took it in the back and told me it would be $300 and they would have to order the piece. Took it somewhere else to get a second opinion and it was just the screen protector that needed to be changed out. This place was going to put a new screen protector and charge me $300 for it. Screen is good as new.

I had an amazing experience with this company,after my device suddenly displayed a white screen, leaving me worried about losing all my data. From the moment I contacted them, the staff was friendly and reassuring, expertly guiding me through troubleshooting steps.
Once I brought my phone in, they quickly assessed the issue and explained the repair process clearly. The turnaround was impressively fast, and I received updates throughout. When I got my phone back, not only was the white screen fixed, but all my data was intact!

Absolutely horrible, got scammed >:( . One year ago I needed to replace my Nintendo switch battery and I was in this town because of my Grandfather's funeral. I decided to go to ubreakifix because my switch is very important to me and sending it to Nintendo would take additional time away from my switch. Big mistake. Unlike the incredible service of ubreakifix in Weatherford, this one charged me 100$ for a repair and ok pricy but I wanted it sooner. They returned it shockingly fast which was great but it was a wolf in sheeps clothing.
One year later almost exactly my battery suddenly dies under 60% constantly, wtf? A lithium OEM battery should last 5-6 years like my last one. I'm upset, so after being anxious about it I finally decided to look at my online receipt and weirdly there was a charge for cleaning on it which was weird because it was dirty when they handed it back and the charge was like 30 bucks! Ok horrible and weird but whatever, anyways I open my Switch after extreme anxiety and! It's a fake battery. Wtf . Ubreakifix often brags about using OEM parts and the cashier at the time assured me it would be authentic . It was not. I paid 100$ total for a cleaning that doesn't exist and a garbage battery. Additionally it was missing screws and others had been stripped, one was so stripped I had to break the backplate and force it out with pliers . I want to cry, I want to rage. I don't have money to repair it and I'll have to do it myself because I can't afford another repair cost. This place used a garbage battery, stripped my screws, lost some others and to top it off charged a bogus cleaning job. This was a scam. This is heartbreaking. I can't even confront this location because I live 8+ hours away. Avoid this location, apparently they would rather scam someone 100$ and lie than authentically repair something.

They replaced my battery on my iPhone. Hunter waited on me. He had it fixed in about an hour. I feel the price and service were great. I would definitely recommend them!!

ThinkPad laptop had a GPU issue caused by firmware updates that hadn't installed. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 days.
Friendly, professional, kept me in the loop the entire time, did only what was necessary, and did not charge for unwarranted repairs.
