Those guys were so awesome!!! This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had getting a device fixed through insurance or otherwise. They didn’t try to push or sell me on any unnecessary products or services but explained the benefits of their services and left it at that. They were fast, informative, professional and friendly…… 20 out of 10! And I did sign up for the service ?

Went in there to get my switch repaired and when i told them i wanted to replace the charging port they said they could do it without a problem. They charged me $60 for a labor fee just in case it didn’t work. When i went to pick it up they told me they didn’t want to risk changing it because of the chip. They basically charged me $60 to keep my switch for a couple of days, they didn’t even do anything to it ??♂️.

After wasting weeks of time going back and forth to a different business for a screen replacement that was incorrectly installed, Austin and Hunter finally got me back in business. I thought I would have to replace my phone, but they changed out my screen correctly and rapidly. So glad I came here. I will not waste my time again. Will always use this business/location.

Went twice and got lazy service, kept my computer for days before telling me they dont work on that specific brand. Could've mentioned that instead of wasting everyone's time for a fee.

Trash trash trash..... so I bring in my xbox series x I get told that I pay 25.00 for the plan amd if they can't replace it then I pay 99.00 to send a new one or replace it, they lied through their teeth, badly, the guy at the counter never said anything about preexisting condition nor did he say anything about the 30 day policy, then they tell me they can't fix the xbox screw them.....and they can't do anything about it
