“I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was on shift Saturday the 20th. I'd like to make sure he gets my thanks. My husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly and his voice recording in my son's bear was broken. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and was so kind and patient. As far as I understand, that voice box was not as simple as a battery change, there was another broken piece to it. I did not have a saved recording on my phone either. But he spent extra time on it and got it working again and made me an extra, just in case then helped me to make a double recording on my phone. I can't tell anyone how much that meant to me and for my son.
We will be back in in a few weeks for my son's next birthday and if he is there, I will update my review with his name as he deserves some recognition, I feel. I truly cannot thank him enough for his kindness.”
