“My daughter had a shredded tire today and her spare also had a hole in it. I was so overwhelmed. I called to see if they had a tire to fit her car before having it towed. Much to my surprise, the owner offered to have his helper ride with me to get the tire changed so I didn't have to pay for a tow truck. They saved me so much time and money and were such nice people. I will recommend them to anyone needing a tire and will be back many times again! I cannot thank them enough!”

Tommy noticed both of my wife's passanger tires were flat, and told me he worked for Cy fair, and that they could help me fix the tires right there with their mobile tire business, or I could come to the shop. I took the tires to the shop, and was helped immediately. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and got me a new set of tires at a great price. Wayne was very helpful with the purchase, and I was completely satisfied with the entire process. Tommy also followed up with me by calling to make sure I was taken care of. “I just can't thank Discount Tire enough for their amazing & fast experience. Tire light was on & tire was deflating and so I came on to Discount Tire(this location specifically). My tires(all 4 of them) were in recommendation of needing to be replaced and so in under 30 minutes, they(all 4 tires) were all replaced and then I drove to Houston in my new tires and had a great, newly experience with the tires. Although they were out of stock of my favorite/luxury brand Michelin, I got another recommendation of tires that suited well for drive by the front-desk employee. I am so pleased and thankful to have this Discount Tire franchise right here in Beaumont to get affordable tires by "experienced personnel". And I am so glad to have my Halo Bolt Ultimate on me at all times in case of "flat tire" or jumpstarter for emergency use. The head guy went and looked for my name brand tires found some got them I got 4 name brand tires barely used for what would have cost $525 for just 1 tire!!! “We were traveling home to Houston when we started having troubles with our tire. We called ahead to this discount tire and they told us to come on so they could check it. Sure enough, it was done for...so we unloaded all 4 kids and the dog...which they graciously allowed us to bring inside to wait. We were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes...it was amazing. 2 new tires and a rotation. Great service!
