Every time I go there, different people charge different prices. For the services on my nails I get..they have charged anywhere from $38- $65.
Those r big differences in numbers. I get the same thing every time, and I have had to show them my bank charges to prove they over charge me and make up prices. When I mention it, they lower the price.

Sorry, maybe the tech was Judy...but she was pleasant and very sweet. I had a manicure with shellac. One nail wouldn't dry, I didn't notice. Three times she reworked it, finally cleaning it well and starting over. I like her and will go back.

Well where should I start the part where I come back after paying for two pedicures two manicures $140 two unprofessional young girls who have No Clue I am thinking this is their parents idea of letting their daughters play business! Well your daughters are playing with my mothers and my money!!! So after they act like they have no clue and obviously all the workers who acted like scared slaves too scared to say anything!!! I told them to just take care of my mothers manicure I will let you keeep the storm money from me for my pedicure Do yourself a favor don’t come here the little girls running this place now are a joke they need to go back to college and finish that possibly graduate school and definitely get intensive training on client communication organization and customer service skills as well as how to motivate and collaborate with your colleagues and team so they are willing to support you in a professional manner .

My daughter got her nails done at tic tac and it’s been a week and her nails are lifting and chipping. When we walked in the service has great, but they didn’t cut her nails or cuticle's, and they had two people working on her at once. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

do not ever get acrylics done here. I got my toes done and acrylic nails done. my toes turned out great and I was okay with how my nails turned out. I noticed that the skin right above my nail bed was irritated but I thought it was cuz the technician was filing and grinding on my skin but no it's chemical burns. I now have chemical burns on every single nail in addition to still having cuts from when he was going on my skin. additionally he would go over my nail with the grinder so much that it would heat up my nail and make it almost hurt

Horrible! I kept explaining that I have shellac on my toes and needs to soaked off. She proceeded to ignore me and use a soft file without attempting file off the shine to soak off the shellac. I've been getting shellac/gel pedis for over 10 years and have never had this experience. I just moved here from California and was looking for a new nail salon. Definitely won't be coming here again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!Have been there twice. Both times got a fungal infection on my feet. They used the same tools on every customer and did not bother to clean them between uses. File was used on at least 4 other people before me. When I asked her to please use a clean, new file, she acted like she couldn't understand me. Told her to stop, she didn't. I jerked my feet out of her hands and left.

Not a great experience at all. I had a manicure and a pedicure and was very unsatisfied. Everything was in a rush. The pedicure was rushed.did not scrub feet good, the polish was half done etc...the manicure was unbelievable for $30. I have nothing good to say about it. Rushed,cold water in a bowl, for a second,cuticles half done, polish half done. $93 wasted. Promise to never go back. Please train to provide quality service for the money that people are paying you. ?Services: Pedicure

Not great experience and will not return, nor recommend. My acrylic set lasted not even two weeks and were done poorly. My toes… I literally had to go back in and have them fix because a bubble in nail polish that was caked on and came right off two hours later… two hours of trying to dry and smeared. The chair I was put in was broken and I was able to use other one for 5 minutes maybe. Very sad I wasted my money…Services: Manicure
