mfs don't wanna pick up the phone. i was just trying to call to see if they had a game in stock, and ended up having to call them 4 different times. it is 7 on a tuesday, i promise it ain't that busy.

This Target is terrible. The store was dirty with merchandise on the floor and in disarray. The sales people are hard to find to ask questions. I needed to try some jeans on for size and the dressing room was closed even though there was a associate sitting in a chair right in front of it. I was told the dressing room was closed because they did not have enough staff to cover it and I could just bring my purchase back if it didn't fit. I am from out of town and that was not an option. I walked out.

My wife and I just moved here and this is the best Target I have been to in a long time. Management and the employees are very nice and conscious of everyone. We didn't get treated differently and they are okay with our service dogs.

I went to the store on Saturday 10/12/19 seeking assistance in finding a karaoke cd around 9 AM. The young lady is the electronic department was very unhelpful. She was putting stock out and made me feeling like I had interrupted her and she wasn't about to have that. Her exact words to me were "we don't have any" in a nasty manner. I asked her if you could check the system to see if they had them or not her reply was then "we don't do that". This was a surprise to me because it's been done before in other locations. Being this is the only store in Beaumont the staff should be trained with better customer skills than this young lady had. I'm from Houston, Texas and don't see myself shopping at the Beaumont location again because of the nasty customer service received.

I will never shop at this location again. There is some shady stuff going on when it comes to returns. I had a return be placed onto a card that I don't have and didn't use for my transaction. They didn't scan my return label code on my app, and then when I spoke to a manager about it, I was made to feel like I was cheating them and being dishonest. Tell me how I can get money back for a return for one item in the same order but when it comes to another return for more items off the same order this happens. She only gave me my cash back after I escalated the issue. No, I don't want your store credit. I have NEVER had an experience like this with a Target before. Y'all are starting to act like Walmart and even they have better customer service at this point. I will be driving to the Port Arthur location from now on.

Never in my life have I ever been to a friendlier Target! I was greeted at every turn by every employee in every department. And these weren't the obligatory greetings that managers tell you you MUST do. These folks were literally smiling and happy and loved their jobs! Definitely a 5-star crew! However ... the store is organized a bit oddly, and I did have problems finding a couple of things, but the employees were right there to guide me where I needed to go. I'm not sure if the Target is old, but it's kind of dingy and could use some updates. Other than that, it's what you expect from Target. I'm a big fan of consistency. I like to walk into Target in any city in the US and go straight to what I need. That wasn't possible in this store, so I really wanted to give it three stars. Lucky for those friendly employees, I took the average and gave it a four.

Good prices for our entire family. We got our son some superhero themed clothes and we ordered our baby girl some beautiful dresses for pick up which is very convenient. The order was spit up but it's okay. I wish they had a little bit more in the maternity section and More of a variety in soft cotton maternity dresses would be wonderful!
