this company stole from me. charged my credit card for a year without my consent. took me 6 months to finally get someone to respond to my emails and they refuse to refund the 239.00 they owe me. very unethical company. i filed complaint with bbb. don't go there! this is apparently a regular business practice for them. thieves

Be aware, if you use the automatic car wash payments on you credit card, you will not be able to stop it. Credit card company stated to contact car wash, went 3 times. after 10 months of unused automatic payments, and numerous contacts between Take 5 and credit card company. I paid off card and closed account. Its the unwanted gift that keeps on giving and will follow you to your grave.

Awesome experience and I love the updates added to the wash . Great Customer Service David was awesome at informing me about the survey and handing me my free car scents all with a lovely smile definitely going back ❤️❤️

FANTASTIC! Seriously, top notch service. My car had a lot of sticky sap on it that didn't come off with a once through the tube. These guys let me go through a 2nd time free of charge. Then when it still didn't come off, they HAND WASHED my entire car!! AND let me go through a 3rd time!

I really enjoy this Car wash the most out of the others I’ve been too, they provide towels to dry your car. They also have solution for interior cleaning and glass cleaner. The only con is sometimes the vacuums aren’t as strong as they should be. idk if it’s cause it gets that way when it’s full and needs to be emptied.Other than that The Customer service is Great and they are very helpful. Personally spending the money to get a membership is so much more worth it ??

I always talk myself into going to a carwash instead of doing it myself and always end up disappointed. This WAS NOT the outcome this time! The wash did awesome especially after my lovely children decided to Picasso the side of my car in the dirt! And the vacuums could’ve sucked the soul right out of you! I've been taking my car there for a while. I adore the level of service and the quality of the car wash. My family members enjoy how clean their cars look, and I've recommended this place to them. I would most certainly return for further washings.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. I love that I don’t have to physically wash my car but can put just the right amount of effort in cleaning the inside and the windows. My car always feels better when I leave.Services: Auto detailing

This car wash has always taken care of their customers and been very friendly. They've always had complimentary damp towels for wiping your interior down but recently added a cart with glass and interior cleaners and that makes it even more top notch! Smiling faces and helpful employees on every shift. Great job!

The best car wash in town. At first I thought $10 for a basic wash was too much … But this place has everything! The vacuums are great! Very strong suction and they have the thin nozzle for hard to reach places and also the wide nozzle for large areas. They also have the pressured air to dust off the dashboard and dry off any water. They even have towels and complementary window cleaner and cleaner that is safe for my leather seats.

Awesome staff shout out to Chris he is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had! No long wait no scratches were left by the machines brushes. I will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family !

I don’t recommend Take Five at all. Even though I cancelled my monthly subscription at Take Five #466, they continued to debit my account.Of course, I made several attempts to call using the number listed on this FB page to speak with customer service to notify them of the issue & get a refund, but to no avail. No one answered the phone and no one retuned my call. When I attempted to contact the car wash, the number was disconnected or no longer in service. I sent an email to them & no one has ever responded. Finally, I made a complaint with the BBB.This is very sad, to say the least, that a professional establishment would conduct business in this manner. They do not care to correct a mistake Take Five’s failure or refusal to even acknowledge me & refund the money that was charged after cancelation essentially amounts to theft. Therefore, I do not recommend that anyone conduct business with them. Especially, do not enter into the automatic payment plans that they offer.Take Five Carwash is a rip off plain & simple.Services: Polishing
