Finding great customer service is hard to come by these days but deciding to come to store space to rent a storage was the best decision ever just pulling up to the facility the parking lot was nice and clean the office was nice clean and smelling good I was greeted at the door by Rachel with a beautiful smile ,her associate Essica was very nice also what a great combo I hope they will be with this company a long time .

Moved here from Thailand came to store space to get a storage and was greeted by Mrs Rachel she was very nice and had a beautiful smile Although moving is such a hassle she made my move in process smooth and easy . Thanks so much for the great customer service Rachel?

Make sure y’all ask them when it’s convenient for them to get anything done.They don’t answer the phone at all,customer service guy on the phone is useless just gonna tell you to talk to the office lady.I paid for 24hr access which i didn’t get guy gave me a temporary gate code and they wouldn’t give me another one without going up to the office,I told him that i no longer i’m no longer in that area or even close and i have work intill 5 everday and they close at 5:30 said there nothing they could do for me.

rude employee and when you ask for corporate number she says she doesn’t have it, but every business has it. tried to take $30 that i did not authorize and when i call to cancel and for the refund and the number she hangs up.

Rachel and Essica are the best I am down here moving items out of storage and they gave me water, a cold cup and popcicles to keep me cool! Great friendly customer service I really appreciate it.
