We paid for a climate control unit here. THEY SHUT OFF THEIR A/C INTENTIONALLY, we went inside to get some of our things, and it felt like 98 degrees and it's a CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT! Dont waste your time purchasing climate control.Many of our things were damaged due to the temperature and how dusty the place is. Lots of particles in the air. Its a dirty place.

This is a wonderful storage place where they have a variety of sizes.They have incredible security measures such as passcodes for every door and gate and also have cameras.The staff here are very friendly and helpful.The only thing I would say is there have been break-ins, ours was one of them it's something that just happens. But the staff was very helpful throughout the situation.

The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. She explained everything very well. However, when I tried to enter three hours later with a load it wouldn’t accept my pass code. There was a sign on the door that stated she was out for the day and to email my issue and someone would return my email by 9:00am the next day. Here I was with a loaded vehicle until the next day. ( That’s what irritates me most). I was contacted the next day at 8:45am( I appreciated that). When I arrived around 10:30am the pass code still didn’t work. She reassigned us a temporary code that finally allowed me access. I still don’t know if my access code will work the next load I have.
