“I went to Victoria’s Secret today and was elated that Ruth waited on me. She was cordial patient and helped me in every way including measuring me for a bra, fastening the bra for me (because I recently had hand surgery so cannot fasten the bra on my own) and made recommendation on bra that would fit my need, She did not turn into a pushy salesperson but rather a caring person who just wanted to ensure I received the best help possible.
Before ringing us up I asked her for an estimated cost of items I would be purchasing, and she quoted within $1 of the price. That’s pretty special. “This stop was around 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. There is a lot of parking at this location. I went for one particular product, relaxed fitting pants, which was in stock and fairly priced. There was an extremely long line at checkout, but it moved along at a steady pace.”
“Saw some bad reviews that seemed unrelated to the actual store so figured I would share my experience.I was looking for a particular kayak and went to a store in Houston. Customer service was kinda bad in that the associate who helped me didn't have much knowledge about the kayak. The only one available for sale was beat and not taken care of - obviously far from a new kayak.So I left and searched for another. Found one at this store and called to ask about it. Ended up driving an hour and a half to go to this location. Night and day difference.The 3 associates and manager we interacted with were super helpful through the process. The cashiers had great attitudes and were fun to speak with. The associates even helped me load the yak onto my tall SUV and went above and beyond afterward. Overall great experience that made the first moments of having this yak great.”

The service is outstanding. The young man listened as I told him what my orthopedic surgeon told me to purchase for my shoes after Achilles tendon surgery. This was not my first pair of Hoka shoes and will not be my last. I can't say enough good things about the experience of shopping at this shoe store. I'm not their target customer by any means, I'm 72 years old.”
