The price for the unit is pretty reasonable at $50 a month. But right now, it is much harder to contact the owners. Since the previous owner passed, his family took it over and did a new payment system where you could pay via square space. I tried to call them to get my number on file changed, so I cannot pay them through their new system at all. For some advice, please just go up there with a money order instead.
I will change my review if something has actually been done, but for now, this will remain a 3 star review. I get that you can be busy, but calling someone back doesn't take that long, especially if they are paying you money for one of your units.

Mrs. Speedy is wonderful to conduct business with and payments are automatic and easy. 24/7 access and convenient location. No complaints and I've been here nearly 2 years

Inexpensive, indoor/ outdoor units, clean, gated, highly recommend. Nice people.

Good storage, clean area. Gated with an electronic code for gate entry. Only negative is the boat stall are rock floor covering and uneven. Not a problem for most people though. Check them out. Great prices also.
