There was some difficulty with my phone transfer but Regina Giles worked with me to make sure everything came over properly. She was patient and professional and made sure all my important information transferred successfully.

This is the worst place on earth. I sent my husband in with the box to our cable account, and they would not take it because he is not on the account. This is a scam because if it's not taken back in 14 days, they charge you again. there is no customer service. People are rude, telling you to sign in instead of please sign in. No help or compassion at all took two hours to be turned away. Spectrum needs an complete overhaul from top to bottom.

The customer service really sucks! Staff in the office is incredibly slow, lazy, and just plain rude! All of them need to go home and go to bed!

Would not refer anyone to spectrum Mobile but besides that Markari Garlington is so awesome every time I walk in to the dowlen store she's smiling she's so quick and knowledgeable she's goes the extra mile Everytime she is wonderfully and needs to be promoted

In order to use the store at all they make you sign in with your phone. This format of business is stupid and it needs to stop.

Not sure why I gave Spectrum a 2nd chance, but I did. As in the past they did little but disappoint. TV: So many promises, so little performance. First having been told there was no need for a physical DVR because of the online DVR we didn't rent a DVR. They don't tell you at the time your tv can't access that service through the cable box. The only way to access it is through your phone and often on your home network depending on the station. Mobile: After baiting is with "free phones" we find out the phones do not receive priority on the Verizon network. We dropped the Mobile plan a couple years ago and went to Verizon, keeping our phones initially. With the same phones and supposedly the same network we had way more reliable service with Spectrum. Internet: Nightmare. Besides frequent outages, their modem and router had to be set regularly. Sometimes it might work for a few days but often it required multiple power cycles a day. Reports to support result in the suggestion to power cycle the equipment once again. For the reasons above and several more we cut ties and went to Verizon. Upon calling to cancel they offered new equipment, increased speed, a free mobile line and a significant discount. None of these things were offered in previous calls. No thanks. Then came the final bill. I had turned off my autopay having been burned by them previously. After 45 minutes and two reps, they wanted $175 for the final week and a half of service ( which had not been communicated when I called to cut the lines). I offered to pay a prorated amount based on how long service was available to me. They refused. I will pay my bill. I will also share my dissatisfaction wisely with those who want to listen. I will not return. Regardless of the bait they use, I'm done with them. I will remember their bait is the first part in their infamous bait and switch behavior. Bye bye Spectrum.

I called ahead because of a 5:00 appointment I knew they would be busy. They had my updated modem so I could get better bandwidth. I was in and out in 15 minutes and my new modem works great.

They were unable to help in replacing a RBG cable box and referred us to tech support who originally referred us to the store. Tech support says they are sending a new box, but could not confirm that it would be the correct box (EDIT: it wasn't). The saga continues. EDIT: They finally sent a business tech (to our home) and he was quickly able to supply the appropriate cable box and hook up wires to return us to service. Very pleased with this individual's assistance.

I have been on hold for 22 minutes trying to cancel TV and Voice. The prices keep going up and it's ridiculous. I would say that the customer service is horrible, but customer service is non-existent with this company, always has been. Spectrum and Entergy have the worst customer service of any of the companies I pay for service with. Spectrum doesn't appreciate their customers, if they did, we would get treated better

Great fast internet service for someone who works from home. I've had an account with Spectrum for over 10 years and I can only recall 2 outages.

Ordered equipment picked up the same day. We had issues with old wiring. When we called support we had a technician apt. Set up in 5 min. Tech came on Sunday morning and ran new wiring had us and running with in the hour. Didn't charge for weekend instal.
