Julie was an excellent person to work with to help us move our cellular service to Spectrum. She was efficient and took care of us without any hiccups in the process. Personally, I've has a really old phone for years. I was with a major retailer cell phone service. I never wanted to go to the retail store abd deal with all the ups and down and chaos of an upgrade. I've sitting with a messed up phone for your years...simply because I didn't want to spend hours in the cell phone store. My husband convinced me to try spectrum. Our experience was amazing. We were in and out in less than an hour or so. Kristal, the store manager, was very helpful and patient and explained all our options. Cassandra also assisted us...they got everything transferred over quickly and there were no issues. We will actually be paying less a month for our phone bill and I was a loyal customer to the big retailer since high school. Spectrum and their customer service alone won me over tremendously. It was a great experience. Go see Cassandra! She is very knowledgeable and she will get you in and out.

I called their number and spoke with Amy.
She set everything up for to pickup at Spectrum store on Dowlen Rd in Beaumont.
I went to the store showing my number the young lady got my order and put in a nice Spectrum carry out bag. I downloaded the app they wanted (don't skip this step)
The app is very helpful and monitors your progress to completion. Virtually painless and effective

Unfortunately this is the only internet service available in my zone! I try AT&T and t-mobile but they don’t have anything available where I live. So I went with spectrum. When I got the service they told me one price after a month the price changed I was supposed to get the 300 for $30 it went up to 60, so I switched to the 500 for 80 this last month it went up to 97 I called and all I get it’s that promotions and this and that. Not even a year and the prices keep going up!! My phones are the same way, they tell you one price then charge you more without even telling you why!!!

There was some difficulty with my phone transfer but Regina Giles worked with me to make sure everything came over properly. She was patient and professional and made sure all my important information transferred successfully.

This is the worst place on earth. I sent my husband in with the box to our cable account, and they would not take it because he is not on the account. This is a scam because if it's not taken back in 14 days, they charge you again. there is no customer service. People are rude, telling you to sign in instead of please sign in. No help or compassion at all took two hours to be turned away. Spectrum needs an complete overhaul from top to bottom.

The customer service really sucks! Staff in the office is incredibly slow, lazy, and just plain rude! All of them need to go home and go to bed!

Would not refer anyone to spectrum Mobile but besides that Markari Garlington is so awesome every time I walk in to the dowlen store she's smiling she's so quick and knowledgeable she's goes the extra mile Everytime she is wonderfully and needs to be promoted
