They suddenly started charging me $50 dollars more on my bill. No explanation, no warning, my bill went from 25 or less a month to now $65! They're crooks! I'm disconnecting my service and going with another provider. I've had it with these thieves!

Went to get new router. Repairman came out and was very helpful but router not good. They suggested taking it back. Started asking about cell phone service and rep in store said yeah they had it and walked away. I wanted to check out the phone service but never mind.

Vary helpful. I was at the store before opening time on Saturday morning. They actually opened about 30 minutes early. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Not sure why I gave Spectrum a 2nd chance, but I did. As in the past they did little but disappoint. TV: So many promises, so little performance. First having been told there was no need for a physical DVR because of the online DVR we didn't rent a DVR. They don't tell you at the time your tv can't access that service through the cable box. The only way to access it is through your phone and often on your home network depending on the station. Mobile: After baiting is with "free phones" we find out the phones do not receive priority on the Verizon network. We dropped the Mobile plan a couple years ago and went to Verizon, keeping our phones initially. With the same phones and supposedly the same network we had way more reliable service with Spectrum. Internet: Nightmare. Besides frequent outages, their modem and router had to be set regularly. Sometimes it might work for a few days but often it required multiple power cycles a day. Reports to support result in the suggestion to power cycle the equipment once again. For the reasons above and several more we cut ties and went to Verizon. Upon calling to cancel they offered new equipment, increased speed, a free mobile line and a significant discount. None of these things were offered in previous calls. No thanks. Then came the final bill. I had turned off my autopay having been burned by them previously. After 45 minutes and two reps, they wanted $175 for the final week and a half of service ( which had not been communicated when I called to cut the lines). I offered to pay a prorated amount based on how long service was available to me. They refused. I will pay my bill. I will also share my dissatisfaction wisely with those who want to listen. I will not return. Regardless of the bait they use, I'm done with them. I will remember their bait is the first part in their infamous bait and switch behavior. Bye bye Spectrum.

The clerk was nice. The wait was rather long. So make an appointment. Got my equipment and was done in 5 min. So other than waiting an hr I can't complain.

worst service provider. Upgrade your internet just to have your internet bottle necked to the point you can't even get a webpage to load. Then told, well just deal with it. Awesome customer service

I will say the young lady who took care of us originally was very polite. Unfortunately, she could not swap the info from my wife's phone to the new one. After 2.5 hours, my wife just took the phone and left.I went back today, when they opened the door. The clerk was very rude and unapologetic said there's nothing she could do, the phone was too old.I explained I watched a utube video that you had to do a factory reset.She rolled her eyes ", that s not going to work!"' So I did it myself and bam, all my wife's photos were restored of her resently deceased brother were back.This girl had no empathy!!!

Without my WiFi service for two weeks and can't do any work from home . Whenever we call , customer service tell us someone is working in our area today. Always end up with no service .
