I went in. Shelley wasn't there. I was a walk in.I asked for a very long bob.I didn't want her to cut 3+ inches cut off.People really need to listen. Just because I look older that doesn't mean I want a Karen. I have quite a few friends whose name is Karen and they are nice people. I think Gordon Baxter's description of West end Wanda's is more appropriate I don't want to look like one of them either. I have many friends whose name is Karen they are very nice people. My hair was way past my shoulders now it's up by my jaw line. Since I left Houston I have not been able to find anybody that will listen and do what I asked them to do. I actually drove back and forth to Houston for a year because of the same issue.Not happy again. Not the first and probably not the last. Hair stylests in this town are deaf, blind and just plain judgemental.. like I said just because my hair is gray doesn't mean I need or wanta cookie cutter hairstyle ?
