  Came in 1230 am and they won't take $100 bill and put $60 on gas. I could understand if I come in to purchase a candy bar. BTW just left delta downs with winnings so I know the money real. He Says shift change and they didn't leave 20s in register. How stupid can you be not to have at least 100 cash in the register.

  Away on a business trip, and they close randomly despite saying they are open 24/7. Probably some lazy employees deciding they would rather smoke in the back room.

  HORRIBLE Gas Station the Pumps are hardly oporational. And the area is confusing... Don't even stop in Beaumont if you can help it. The streets are a nightmare. But definitely don't stop HERE for Gas. Only got like 7 Gallons cause the Pumps aren't working. Steer clear.

  This place is a COMPLETE joke! I am away from home on a business trip, & stopped by... The door was locked during their normal operational business hours, w/two signs on the door... sign #1: “store closed, please come back during normal business hours”. Sign # 2 said: “door locked, please use other door”. In an attempt to determine which sign was accurate, I signaled to the Shell gas station attendant. He indicated that the store was in fact closed (in a way that left ZERO room for me to have misinterpreted his meaning). I passed by/went to Petro gas station instead (found out freggin’ standing service there btw), & on my return trip I happened to notice some customers exiting the “closed” Shell station that I had attempted to conduct my business at originally. I entered their location & the same attendant, who lied to me about being closed, refused to give me anything other than that particular stores’ land line telephone phone #. Dude got straight up rude with me when I asked for a corporate office/manager’s # instead. “Why do you want it?!” he says. I do not appreciate having to more than double my walking distance (company vehicle folks), & will definitely deter my company/co-workers from going to this (or any other for that matter) Shell station based solely on the disrespectful/dishonest attitude their rep displayed tonight.

  Regards of bad customer service at a shell gas station. The store location is 3865 IH-10E Beaumont TC 77705. I'm coming from Atlanta Georgia, and stop at the location mentioned above to pump gas. While my fiancé was pumping I wanted to go in to get snacks and stop at the bathroom since we still have a long trip ahead of us. As I was entering the door the first thing I saw that the bathroom was closed(a sign). My fiancé was behind me and because he needed to use the bathroom as well and was going to get snacks. I turn to tell him(fiancé) the bathroom was closed. My fiancé turn and ask the cashier if the bathroom was closed but she didn't let him finish and very rued said "that's what the sign says!" What my fiancé wanted to ask was if the bathroom was closed or someone was cleaning it. After that I when to the car to grab a pen and paper to ask the cashier for her name and store site to call to complain about the service she run inside to call the manager. I explained to the manager the situation and the cashier once again was screaming from the cashier and say; "how was rude!" I turn and say; "that wasn't the appropriate way."She was supposed to say "Ma'am the bathroom is closed at the moment." After my response she continued to yelled, and make face expressions. At the end the manager gave me the store location, but refused to give me her name or the cashier name. This incident happened on February 17,2021 around 10:50 AM. I believe shell are better than the way I was treated. I'm a loyal customer of shell which that's one reason why I decided to stop at this particular location to pump gas. Also I believe I was a paying customer and have the right to use the bathroom if it was available. I would've understand if the bathroom was closed but was actually directed and greeted correctly.

  Rude, told my husband he could go somewhere else after 2 pumps didn’t work and the guy said they did. Not in anyway shape or form good customer service!!!!!

  If I can leave 0 stars I would. The “young” ladies I write young. Because they were talking about me under their breathe and how “customers” need to ask for their fuel rewards before purchase to prevent their “void” transaction. Here’s a suggestion, If they would greet their customers instead of having side conversations about non work related things than she would have known prior I would like to input my fuel rewards and could have prevented her “void of the day”. Also in a work related place, take care of your hygiene and comb your hair. Thanks shell! I’ll be doing business not at this location anymore.

  Mediocre, unreasonable Staff. I stopped to buy lottery tickets, and after spending some time and about $200 later, the staff said I was loitering and had to leave. Well all good but her discrimination against colored ones was on full view as there was another old man who was also doing the same thing for the same amount of time. She threatened to call a cop [she had said is family or something like that] to get me to leave. Anyway I took my money elsewhere and I am never stopping there again.

  Mediocre Shell. Staff is friendly. Gas prices are the highest in all of the Golden Triangle. It being on I-10 and the fact silly people fill up here allows them to charge more.

  This shell is supposed to be 24 hrs. Its close to where I work. Ive been having issues with my break lights. Ive stopped here several times for diffrent reasons and I get locked doors with this sign reading closed restroom break. Ive been here 45 minutes and its still locked. This is ridiculous. They do it all the time. Im at the location next to jack n box.
