Needing to ship a pallet of baby shower gifts to our ole’ son & d-i-l in South Carolina, Google reviews led me to SAIA, Beaumont. Sure glad i went there, the service was amazing. Dakota Rowley, didn’t have to do what he did. He went way above & beyond to get me taken care of. Most places, these days, wouldn’t have done it. People just don’t care these days.SAIA… you’ve got you a good employee there. Everyone i came into contact with at the facility, spoke to me.SAIA always!Thank You!

Shipping came in on time. They held it for me for a couple of days until I could get there to pick it up. Then loaded it on my truck for me. Great guys and pleasure to do business with.

My package has been sitting at the Tyler location for 4 days. I’ve called and they keep saying a scheduler will call me shortly and no one has called.

been waiting all day for Saia to show up and now they won't answer the phone, nobody is answering on live chat and I'm stuck without the stuff I had to have today. Website showed out for delivery and now it's returned to the terminal. This won't happen to me again!!!!!

They were a great company to deal with, good tracking on their site. Called me when my freight came to setup an appointment for delivery. I opted to pick up the Depot, the guy that was there remembered calling me and went directly and got my package. He loaded it up with the forklift into my truck, no issues whatsoever. Package was in good shape too, no damage.
