Went there they didn't have what I needed, they drove to baytown and got it. And had me back on the road . The people in the office are the nicest people ever. I was stuck there until my car was fixed and they took such great care of me and my elderly mother.

I just had a great experience at the store. I just got four beautiful brand new tires for $40 a week. The lady at the front desk Sonnia was absolutely delightful And bent over backwards to help me. I feel like I made a friend for life and I feel like I got a great deal. There was a coworker sleeping next to her while she did everything, but she held her head up high and did her job wonderfully. It’s clear but she does everything in the front, but she handled it well.

Mrs Sonnia at rent a tire Beaumont on 11th Street provided excellent customer service. She was able to answer all the questions that I had. She placed my car with the best rims that fit as well with the style of the car. She is overall the best. Check them out and ask for her.

Well we'll I went into you guys Beaumont location and the lady at the front was so helpful she got me on my brand new tires had a whole detail kit for my ride this experience here was great I recommend mrs sonnia to anyone she's going to take care of you and make you feel at home just a good vibe

Sonia is really professional, and a good sales person only thing is the prices are very expensive don’t fall for exclusive deals that turns out to be very expensive at the end if you understand what I mean.

To whom it may concern, Mis Sonnia, she was so welcoming soon as I walked in the store she took care of me with the utmost respect and she was so knowledgeable about her job she made this experience for me delightful and she was so encouraging with everything we went over very nice lady she listened to all my concerns and she was not trying to make any extra money off of it she did her job with a small I would recommend for anybody anywhere to come and let me Sonnia help them with getting there New tires thank you so much had a great experience with that being said have a happy New Year wich Mis Sonnia has made mine. If I misspelled anything sorry I was just so enthused and happy about my service
