The service department of this place is absolutely useless. Slow and unhelpful. I've called at least 4 times now trying to get some paperwork emailed to me and every time I get the same response. "I'll let them know" No one ever gets back with me. I will never come here again.

When I purchased my car I was told your in luck we just put new tires on it. I brought it to a Land Rover dealer and my tires were dated from 2019. I bright this to James's attention and he pretty much said I'm shit out of luck, not to mention he was cussing to me over the phone. I called and left a message for Matt, James's boss and surprise he never contacted me back. There were so many things wrong with my car!! The Land Rover dealer said it shouldn't have been sold until it was fixed!! This company only cares about how much money they make and nothing else!!!

They told me a fee for diagnostics. They didn't honor it and no work was done. They were suppose to do a front end alignment and refused to do one. They charged me 200. To do nothing! Only use them as a last resort because the mechanics are either ignorant, lazy, or both.

Kinsel's service department Rocks I know I know your probably saying oh yeah sure but I just got my Ford Explorer 21 worked on getting a new tire and wow!!! It took just a little over an hour But the service department had me fixed up and out the door rolling again and very happy . 2 Thumbs up great job.Services: Wheel alignment
