Nothing worse than going out of your way to go somewhere and their hours don't match up with what's on Google. Please update your hours. I wasted my time after work and now I don't have enough time to make it to a different florist.

I recently ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement w/a balloon and a medium sized arrangement through a third party company. Upon delivery the balloon was not sent and the arrangement was super small. When I called to ask about the balloon they claimed it wasn’t part of the order. I was told that they could send one but I told them it wasn’t necessary, I was trying to be nice because I could see they were willing to send out a balloon but once I asked about the arrangement size the lady who answered purposely placed me on hold without warning not once but 4 times! I would call and she would answer and place me on hold again purposely. She clearly wanted to avoid me and seemed annoyed the first time she answered. This place is a rip off with pathetic customer service. It’s ridiculous that the female didn’t bother to answer my question like a professional and purposely ignore me. They had my callback number but never tried to call me back. I was extremely sincere, no attitude in my voice whatsoever, so that was even more ridiculous to be treated like that and it did catch me off guard because she was fine at first about the balloon. What’s even more disgusting is a poorly put together arrangement that looked nothing like it was worth $80 with shipping and service $107 + on. It was cheap looking and I guess they figured it’s better to give a half a__ arrangement and pocket the rest of the money. Never again will I use this place!!!

Would give more than 5 stars if possible, Petals has been my go to florists for a few years now since I found them. Got tired of ordering from whoever online & not getting what you pay for, it’s nice being able to actually go to the business & explain what you want! Petals hit it out of the park for me once again with my last order for my mother in laws service. It was beautiful & exactly what I was picturing when I ordered it, everyone was complimenting them & made them the center piece in front of the podium! Thank you Petals for your outstanding work!

Fantastic service on a busy holiday. I will definitely be using Petals Florist again. The bouquet we ordered was absolutely beautiful, smelled great and was delivered in the right time window! Couldn't be happier!

I always use them when sadly someone has transitioned and our company wants to send flowers. They are reasonably priced, good selection, and they always provide me with confirmation of delivery every-time I order. Never any issues.

This place was great with getting my order of flowers for a funeral. There was a slight discrepancy that I needed the flowers changed and the florist changed out the flowers on the spot very quickly and delivered a nice bouqet to me. I would go back to this place again.

I thought I would have a better review, but I don't. My husband bought me flowers for my birthday, and when they showed up, they looked dead; they weren't, they just weren't open. For the amount of money that he spent on these, you would think that they would have been in full bloom. I'm not much of a complainer, however when you spend $100+ on a beautiful bouquet, that is what should be delivered.I'm not looking for a refund or a free bouquet, I just wanted to write a helpful review.

To say she is AMAZING is a understatement. I came into town , needed a arrangement. She was getting out a huge wedding order out. Within 2 hours she made the most amazing beautiful arrangement. And was soooo nice. Made me cry ❤️ Thank you again for your help, amazing arrangement and for being great. Thank you!Highly recommended 100%
