“I bought two bags of dog food about a month ago just so I wouldn’t have worry about running out at last min. Today I went to open the second bag and there was an issue with the food (silk worms) and of course I didn’t have the receipt. I will have to say the employees at the Dowlen store were so helpful and exchanged it no questions. The manager said that does happen even when the bag is sealed. I love Petsmart and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My babies will be so happy when I get back with their food. Thank You Petsmart”

The owner is very knowledgeable about the best dog foods for your fur babies, and there is sometimes a seasonal photo op back drop to take a photo of your pup.”

“Our story is a long 6 years coming we are from El Paso tx we drive all this way to pick up our dog LIL D THAT the shelter found and scanned him contacted us and we came to pick up our beautiful dog to bro g him back HOME !!!! We stopped at pippas Closet so we could bath him they welcome us with open arms great service great people working there I don’t know if we spoke to the owner I didn’t catch her name maybe the owner ? But she was Amazing great person even gave us couple of treats and can food for LIL D for free ! Amazing experience I 100% recommend and I Bless her business in the name of Jesus !!!!”
