We purchased a Power horse pressure washer and aprox. 3 days later there was some issues with it. My husband took it back for exchange with receipt in which it was to be assessed by a maintenace worker. We waited 4 days to get a solution which resulted in an exchange 4 days later. (that could have been done the day of return) We could not get the general manager info from the manager Rachel the 3rd day. Had the manager kept it professional with my husband this could have been solved the day of in which she had him going back and forth with enticement purposes toward him. It became uncomfortable for him which I had to step in. After the exchange of the Pressure washer, there was not even an apology given for our delay of service. We have done business with this location and easy to find equipment is convenient. I just hope the management team matures and keep it professional with customers, where men can go in and not have to deal with inappropriate behaviors/conversations from your employees.

Not good !!! Ordered a pressure washer on line web site showed it in stock. Gave credit card information when it was ordered. The stored called not in stock !! i need to come in and pay for it before it can be ordered and ihave to call cc company and cancell transaction

I needed a better quality trailer hitch lock than what I could find in the big box stores. You had several options in Good, Better and Best categories. I selected a better grade hitchlock that was very competitively priced.
