Overall this is one of the best banking institutions in SETX and I highly recommend it to everyone.However, I find it absolutely infuriating that they have ATM/ITM machines that are capable of cash/check deposit yet refuse to enable that feature for members to use. This limits the members to only be able to make deposits when the location is open.

I was upset when I went to a deposit at 7:00 at the drive-thru and it was closed. The app says that the hours for drive-thru are 7-5. I went back at 7:30 and still closed. Other people were waiting at both times The earlier time is great for people who have to be at work by 8:00. Other than this time thing, I would have given 5 stars.

I've had an account with Neches ever since its Port Neches location first opened. Since then, after visiting many branches, each has had exceptional customer service. There has never been a long wait, they are always sufficiently staffed, Representatives are always pleasant, and the locations are great! ?

Out of all the credit unions around the area, Neches takes the win for the absolute worst customer service. Anytime I talk to an employee (ANY branch), they seem to have an attitude. They are 0 help when it comes to setting up anything within your online account. Mobile, 5 Point, and Dugood run circles around these guys. Do banking else where, trust me.

Why would y'all be closed today when Labor Day not till Monday.When y'all only stay open 3hrs on Saturday and don't have no signs saying y'all was going to be closed today.

Waited for 30 minutes while I could see 4 people sitting in their offices on their phones.Highly recommend going to any other location.

Neches FCU has really gone downhill in the dumpster in the last few years. They really can’t help with anything over the phone as they outsource as much as possible so you’re forced to wait on long hold times with an 800 number. When someone there can actually help and you’re transferred to them, you’ll 100% of the time be greeted with a voicemail and NO ONE has called me back in the last 2 years and I’m forced to go down there in person for the simplest of tasks when a 1 minute phone conversation could have worked. Opened account elsewhere today and will be moving all my loans / future financial business and close my accounts. It’s really sad as they use to be really good but are just down right awful now!!

Refuse to take care of fraud for their members. Ridiculous credit union with subpar service and horrible attitudes all the way up to the VP. Stay far away from this credit union!

If you work full time m-f you’ll be better off with a different bank because they will for sure be closed when you are off. Even if you try to use the mobile deposit feature in the app you have to do it before 5 for it to process and definitely can’t do it on Friday or weekends definitely closing all 4 accounts soon

Shoot my paperwork in the tube. Then they proceed to tell me to go inside. So do. They send it to some stranger and get my info lost. The girl helping was a horrible customer service representative. I've been banking here for years. This lady is going to make me change banks. Get new people
