This place is fantastic! They have so much nice furniture for great prices. We got our sectional yesterday after walking in, and everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful. We got a great deal on what we bought. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture from Mike’s.

I thought I had a good start with Mike's at first due to the fact I wanted something from their 11th st store Furniture City, and for almost a whole week there was a sign saying be back in 10 minutes, so I asked around in the shopping center and was told they were a part of Mike's. I made a purchase from them but I noticed when I walked in the door that nobody greeted me or anything they just keep walking looking at me like I had booboo on me, only one person took the time to help me after I had to stop him. Ok I brought a sofa from them on Wednesday and was told it would be delivered on Thursday, and they would call a hour before coming, tell me why they pulled up on me and said they were close by so they decided to just come, on some for real sh?t where they do that at, after that I will never recommend Mike's to any of my friends or family, you go there if you want to, I just hope none of mine do. That's not how you do business, I don't know what they were thinking or where they thinking, I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night, I read between lines very well.

They deleted my review but I’m go post it again. The men answering the phone has the nasties attitudes and talked to me And my aunt crazy. They told me my furniture willl be delivered on December 3 and now I got a different date after I purchased it over the phone three weeks ago and have yet had a receipt emailed to me!

Let me give you an update on Mike's Furniture. It appears some of the reviews are 2-5 years old. I went to this store with good intentions to purchase a bedroom set and possibly other items because I have dealt with them in the past and it was good customer service. I picked out a bedroom set, and the salesman discussed the price and all the items that was included. The mattress I picked out had a wonderful sale tag on it of $597.00. It was pillow top. Well the bill came out a lot higher than normal and I didn't notice at first because he added the box spring for an extra $199 and delivery charges. When I did notice I paid a lot higher than I expected, I went to the store and the counter person told me the mattress was actually $999 and the box spring was $100, and he did not honor the sale price they had on the bed because of their error. The salesman also told me what would be included in the price, which was the bed,mattress,dresser and the night stand. When delivered to the house the nightstand was not included. Now I have purchased bedroom sets in the past and the only item never included was the chest of drawer. I went twice to the store to try to work it out and was told the manager/owner would call me back. I also noticed that on the last trip, I saw him walk out the door, he saw me there and never attempted to speak with me the customer. He never acknowledged their mistake and as a good customer, never tried to make it right. He never returned my phone calls. Now their receipts, be careful because it only shows the furniture items with no side prices, Only the total is at the bottom of the page, and it doesn't outline what cost what. I have decided to contact the better business bureau and the business consumer. It's no doubt, some of the furniture is beautiful. But at this point, I feel the manager/owner is unprofessional. He also had nerve to tell me the nightstand was on sale for $98. That nightstand was very small and looked like it should have been $25. Nevertheless, it's their prices. But it's also his job to be sure his items are priced correctly. If he would have taken the time to speak with me, he would have seen I would have kept the mattress and we could have worked this out, because everyone makes mistakes, He didn't do that. They need to train their salespeople, and they need to communicate. I must add the salesman was a very nice man. I didn't appreciate being totally ignored and I didn't appreciate the level of unprofessionalism to me as a customer, like I nor my hard-earned money mattered.

The employees of Mike's were very nice & helpful. The manager showed us different sofa& loveseat combination. He said for us to come back if we didn't find what we were looking for.

I believe it's one of the best places you can actually buy really good quality Furniture in Beaumont for a really great price I know because I've purchased from Mike's furniture before. The salesman sameer is awesome and kind and their prices are great and they are negotiable and they work with you I would highly recommended Mike's furniture. They are honestly great people.
