I have to say I was not pleased at all with their professionalism! I had an incident with my 2023 Titan XD , so I got a quote to have it fix where I purchased from 6 months prior. I travel with my job a lot and it was a bit trying to line up a rental vehicle prior to dropping off my truck. After the 3rd attempt I finely was able to drop it off on a Monday Afternoon, 2 weeks ago. On that Thursday I phoned Doug on a couple of occasions and left messages for a status of my truck.No response . I tried on Friday as I had to go out of town agai on the following Monday. again .. no response finely after the 2nd or 3rd call and having to hold for 20 minutes, Doug finely answered and said “ Sorry, wasn’t trying to ignore you but my wife was in a accident and I was on the phone with our insurance “ Sorry to hear that but I need a status on my truck that’s when he begins to tell me they hadn’t even ordered the parts for my truck due to computer issues with changing from Mike Smith to Doggett! I mean shoulda’t I have been told that during the week and a curiosity? Yes I was upset! I did not hear back from them . PERIOD .. The insurance agent called me on Friday when I was on travel with business and told me the truck was ready for pick up. I was not aware! I flew in on Saturday , so the collision center was closed! I called today Monday at 10:30am to confirm it was ready! I arrive approximately a hour later to get my truck and it was filthy . I asked if it should’ve been washed , he yes, but you was coming to get it . Even the bumper they “replaced” was still dirty from when I dropped it off! Needless to say , I will never use them again! Taking it to get a second opinion!

I related with the service employer who serviced my car, and he kept me posted on the time and extended needs.

Very dissatisfied. Have called many times and left many messages for Doug salmons with no call backs or results. They have left me in dark regarding the situation with my totaled car

Terrible customer service. The front staff is very rude and make you feel like they want you to turn around and walk back out. Waited for a week for a quote I was promised at the end of the business day, the next morning max. It’s like they don’t want your business. Called constantly and could never get through to the guy who was supposed to give me my quote. Never responded to calls, voicemails, or email. I’ll just take my money elsewhere cause it’s clearly not wanted here.

I had the most terrible experience I think anyone could ever have in getting what should have been a simple car repair. Simply put, I watched two other couples get their repaired car before me, even though they came in after me. I was lied to when told my car was ready so I returned the rental car only to be told that I couldn’t take my car bc full payment wasn’t received from insurance company, to make matters worse, Enterprise would not pick me up nor allow me to rent the car I had just returned, needless to say I didn’t have a car to drive home in. When returning the next day to finally getting my car, I noticed a fine white powder all over the inside of my car including inside the glove box, on the seats, dash,etc., and a broken floor mat clip. My insurance adjuster called Mike Smith, they said they would call me the next day and also fix the issues… I never received a call.Services: Painting
