If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. 1st off its system is beyond outdated. Might as well have pen and paper and have the bank print out your statements. When you call and speak to them( this location in particular) the only NICE AND HELPFUL ONE WAS AMY!! THE other one sounds like she is intertwined with white trash DNA and it's putting her out to answer simple questions, which is her job!! This is over an elderly disabled man's acct thats being hacked for 1000s of dollars and she is like oh he should have disputed it months ago. He doesn't do online banking and he doesn't have statements. He walks into yalls bank and pulls cash when needed. Onky has this acct for his ssdi checks to be deposited. CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK RBFCU OR FROST

They make it dang near impossible to get to your on-line banking. It’s a joke. One should always be able to get on and check their accounts. If I could give them less than one star I sure would !!!

Today many banks are about pushing their credit cards and less about customer service and developing relationships. It’s awesome to have a great bank close to home that offers fantastic customer service and focuses on meeting the customers needs. The branch is east to get to, and I’m always greeted with a smile. Drive through is fast and the tellers are super helpful. I couldn’t be more happy to bank with HW.

They have the worst customer service. They know nothing and the merger has made it even worse. I finally paid my loan off. Now let's see if they can figure that out.
