Dowlen store created an account in my name without my permission! Eastex tried to charge me full price for an upgrade ?\\n\\nSince I can't respond to your reply: what next visit? So they can do more under the board practices for commission? That is FRAUDULENT!! If I wasn't paying attention I would have an account in my name that I didn't authorize!!! I returned the phone immediately upon discovery and the refund was initiated but the funds are not available to me yet. RELEASE MY $$$!!! I want to know how you plan to rectify the situation because an apology is not working for me!!! I expect an email or a phone call AT THE LEAST! Lemme just go ahead and review yall on trust pilot and the other review websites. I got the receipts as proof. The manager handed me that phone and said come back on Wednesday so I can put your phone number on the phone. If it is an upgrade AND I paid $25 activation fee my number should have been on the phone before I left the store. Do yall not pay them enough that they have to commit fraud to get by? What's really happening?

Had a very bad experience , got the run around on a phone that we had purchased and the people working think they no it all , which was not the case , they had us all messed up and had to return the next day for the phone . Had to drive back fifty miles to complete the transaction that could have been done that day if they would have listened .

I went in to pay my bill and thought they were going to be at good as they had always been. Unfortunately, Joe thought that he could change everything in my account without my knowledge or permission. I can't get into my account at all!! Customer service says that they can't even get me into my account. I have no idea what he was thinking. He also changed my passwords to other accounts. I will be finding and using a different stripe from now on.

Today I got my phone upgrade and the guy helped me throughly.He showed me couple of options and let me select the best device that fits in my budget.Superior service and I will highly recommend the store to everyone. Metro By T mobile is the best.

I love this location the customer service is so great especially the young pretty lady Esparaza she wonderful. I had been with Sprint for years and they wouldn’t replace my kids phone due to a factory situation so I decided to change service and walked got 4 new lines and phone for less than one phone bill at sprint.

My husband and I recently switched our services to MetroPCS at the beginning of August. A woman named Espy and gentleman named Ernesto greeted us as well. There was a small wait but Espy and Ernesto made the environment light and talkative between all customers. It was very relaxing and I had no issue waiting the time needed. Espy helped us with this process. She was extremely knowledgeable comparably so with her co-worker Ernesto who helped us solve an unfortunate issue with the device they gave me for switching my service. We were simply blown away by the knowledge. Both were professional and charismatic towards every person that came in while was there. When Espy and Ernesto signed us up and activated our phones it was pretty busy. They were able to talk to all of the customers casually and complete mine and others transactions. My most recent time in the store was this weekend when I was trying to get my problem resolved. Mr. Ernesto was immediately available and greeted me with a smile ready to help me. Within 15 minutes he solves my issue which had taken many visits to a different store and dozens of phone calls to call centers. He was able to handle the problem that nobody else was even taking the time to fix. Espy was there as well and she was taking care of customers. Ernesto and Espy showed a great deal of knowledge, professionalism, honesty, charisma, passion to the company they work for and the customers of that company. These two individuals should be running your training program. Your other stores should model after how Espy and Ernesto. Their knowledge was more than most people I spoke to and their passion towards myself as a customer and respect for the company was mind blowing. I could not let this pass without saying a good word for both of them. I drive almost 2 hours to go to the store but any time I need help I will go to this store in the future regardless of the drive. The customer service and relationship I have built with these two employees in such little time seems to make the drive worth it. Thank you Ernesto and Espy for your help not only in switching my services but in all your help over the phone, and in the store in resolving my most recent issue.
