I wanted to start home internet so I went to the Lucas location. I asked him and he said it's 55 monthly. I said on the internet it said 50. He responded its 55 monthly. I said so there's no way to get it for the price that's advertised. He again just said it's 55 monthly. I left cause the guy was just rude. Talking to me like I'm stupid and he is a robot. I'm a manager of a department store and would never treat my customers as uninviting as this place. It was who was working at 2 pm. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I decided to go to the Dowlen location and the guy there looked at what I had pulled up, explained that the add I'm seeing is an old promotion, because the add said 24.99. That was OK but I asked how to get it for 50 per month. He explained it's only 5 discount on the total account so I am already getting that with the phones ao it would still be 55 monthly. I am fine with that because I understand instead of feeling like I'm brushed off. Way to go Juan on dowlen rd

Today I went to get my number changed and they charged me for a whole new SIM card for a new number. I just paid my $70 phone bill and was charged another $70 when all I wanted was a number change and the clerk didn't know what to do he was confused and had to call another store to get instructions. This store is sad and sorry. I will never go to this store again.

The guy there idk if he's indian or Muslim but he just tried to scam me. He gave me a price of 35 dollars for a cable when I got here he wanted to give an old used cable that he was using there in the store all worn out with dirt all over it. This the demo 35 dollars you want a new one it's 50 dollars. I got my modem and no thank you I'll go somewhere else and walked out. Avoid this store. There's a reason it has alot of bad reviews.

They refused to comply with the offer that T-mobile had posted online as a ‘store only’ offer. Then refused to refund me less than 5 minutes after charging me, Gaslighting and rudeness is their way. They even offended me in Spanish as if I were not able to understand it. The manager on the phone also refused to give me her name!!!Called T-mobile and was informed that they were not allowed to deny an online offer. It changed nothing.Do not go to this store if you don’t want to get gaslighted and robbed blind.

Maram the owner of this location and on college st mentally, verbally, and emotionally abused me while working there. PLEASE GET AWAY from her and her stores. She scams all customers adding extra charge’s to their bill. Especially the elderly who don’t know any better. STAY AWAY

If I could give it no stars, I would. They cheat people out of money!! being employed there, I was told to not tell people the actual charges and lie to them. I was required to add things to people's plan that they had no idea about (still charge them for it) and give them "free stuff". It's not free, you will pay for it. Requirements were to lie and deceive people, manipulate and gaslight people just so the store owner would make more money. It was required to lie to the customer service department to get what we wanted so our lie to the customer wouldn't catch up to the store. The owner would buy a phone, open it, use it, and tell us to sell it as "never opened brand new" even though it wasn't. This store and the one on college (1625 college st.) Are run by the same two people and it's the worst places ever to go please don't , go somewhere else.

The customer service there is horrible pathetic. Sorry This one chick didn't even have a name tag and when asked her name was very ugly in apparence didn't even bother to look decent before work. Looks like she was high. Off her rocker. She looked and spoke very unprofessional. Horrible experience. Thinking about leaving metr after 6 years

Just called to get info on a offer they have and the girl was rude and short and hung up on me twice. I've been a customer for 4 years. Cancelling all 3 lines and forget about home internet. I suggest y'all do the same. Trash customer service is so frustrating!!!
