They computers go down a little bit too often if you have a small Network there's only two stores and bomb out at that deal with each other and my problem still haven't missed off in 3 weeks

Horrid service, didn't answer at first and then they picked up but hung up immediately. When they finally picked up the staff member that picked up was irritated and rude.

very rude indeed. Who ever the manager on 2/12/20 440pm, needs to learn phone etiquette. Cussing out people over the phone does not help your location experience, shows your lack of leadership to your team, and also hurts the Metro by t-mobile brand overall. I hope you learn from this and learn how to treat people right.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided at the Beaumont, texas ;college street location. The staff is amazing. I specifically was assisted by Jas, Omar, and Hamza. They were awesome and understanding in addressing all of my concerns. Hamza took extra time to assist me and was extremely kind. This by far has been the best experience I have had with tmobile this far (by phone/in store) in almost the past 15 years. I had a rough time on the phone this am with customer care and I was promised a scheduled phone call this am, which never occurred. This team is awesome in every way and tbh... they saved a customer as I was about to cancel services with you guys and pay my remaining balance. Kudos to this team!!!

Very rude. Very unhelpful. Unfriendly and cold. Just wanted a unlocked phone for my work overseas. Really you buy a phone own it and then they tell you what to do with your own property.. It's really bad service.
