I'm not one to leave a review until I've had more than one experience with a business. My vehicle has had routine service and major repairs done with Mercedes Service LP. I became a customer here after having negative experiences with Mercedes dealerships. My husband Anthony took care of our vehicles but he passed away in September of 2021 and now I'm doing it alone. From my experiences, there is truth in what's said about some mechanics trying to get over women because many of us aren't mechanically inclined. I experienced this at the Mercedes dealership in New Orleans. I was blessed to have a son who got a second opinion and prevented a bogus repair that was never going to be performed on my vehicle. And someone went through my locked glove box, found my debit card and $300 worth of prepaid phone cards were purchased that I had to dispute with my bank. They were contacted. I had another negative experience with the Mercedes dealership in Beaumont. I took my vehicle there for service B. My vehicle was fine when I took it for service but a pipe was cracked when my vehicle was there. The engine light came on when I left. I contacted the Manager of the service department and explained what happened and he asked me if I had proof that his service guy did it? ? The issue was never resolved and I was stuck paying for the the service B, charged for a keyring that I never asked for or received. I was responsible for repairs to my vehicle. I no longer trust dealerships! That's how I found Mercedes Service LP who made the repair. The guys at Mercedes Service LP is polite, professional, courteous, and honest. They will bring the damaged part for you to look at and explain what it is and the cause of your problem. And with a proper notice they will accept and inspection your vehicle the same day. I truly value and trust these guys. Thank you all for being trustworthy, fair, and loyal to the community and to your customers.Sarah

I needed the AC repaired on my wife's old Mercedes and took it to Mercedes Service. They were very accommodating and were able to get the AC working correctly, but the best part was the positive communication I received from then on a regular basis on what they were doing, and what they recommended. Good work at reasonable prices.

Just dropped my m3 off this morning. Very friendly, garage full with hot rod stepside, too fuel drag car, sn95 drag/street mustang, 69 z28 and run of the mill 3 series in yard with a few other sought out 90s versions

Really loved my experience. We had a fairly complicated problem. They diagnosed it quickly. They were clear, and really upfront about pricing, and even offered to stay after hours for a bit when we were desperate to get the car and were worried we couldn't make it by 5pm. I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz C250. I accidentally snapped the sunroof control button off and needed to replace it. The dealership told me I could not replace just the button, I had to replace the complete panel which included the overhead lights. I was given a quote of $770, parts and labor. I went to another Mercedes shop and was told the same thing, but was given a quote of $480 parts and labor. I just could not accept the button could not be replaced. I searched online and located a new button on Ebay that fit my car for $31.99. I took my car to Mercedes Services and the young man put the button on free of charge in less than 10 minutes. What a blessing. Thank you Mercedes Services! You have a customer as long as I have this car.
