Usually we have a nice experience here at the Beaumont location. However whomever was on register 1 at 3:25pm today needs to learn “No” means “No”. My husband was asked about applying for the credit card and said “No” yet your cashier proceeded to try to convince him to apply, and wouldn’t stop until we finally checked out. No means NO. Everyone else that we’ve came into contact with there has never been so pushy. Awful service, great place to shop though. ?

My friend I was shopping with hallen to pick up a candle that was full of liquid and it went all over her hand, arm and elbow and floor. My friend reached out to an employee just a couple feet away and told her of her situation. The employee couldn't care less. My friend asked for a wet rag or cloth and the employee suggested up front. My friend told her she was no help. The employee made a tisk sound and kept working.
At some point I saw.my friend at the check out and she told me what happened. I immediately saw what looked like a MANAGER who immediately offered a wet cloth, any assistance etc. She took care ofy friend. We told her some wax was spilled in the back. She took care of it. Asked if she was ok! See that's a good manager. Take note

As far as Marshall's go, this is pretty good one ! It's far more organized and cleaner than others I've been in Parking: There's tons of parking, but the lot was quite full on a Saturday afternoon Restrooms: The restrooms are pretty average. Not the most clean ever but fine. In the women's there's 3 stalls, one of which is handicap. The handicap stall does have a changing table in it Variety/pricing: The prices are on par with other Marshall's stores. Somethings are pricier than I'd pay but some are just right. They do have a pretty big clearance section as well Other things: They have a ton of Hello Kitty items They're in full swing for Easter They have way more checkout lanes open than other stores which made the line go quickly
