TERRIBLE!!! Ordered a dishwasher to be installed. Received a call from the installer that he would be here Friday between 11a - 2p and if he was going to be late he would call. Tried several times to call and check the status and no one answered. Called Lowe's and spoke to a manager and he was VERY RUDE. He said it would be between 8a-8p and hung up. Waited until 9 pm and nobody showed up or called. Called Lowe's Saturday morning and no delivery was scheduled. Went to Lowe's and cancelled order - WON'T BE BACK!!

Drove an hour to get to this store in desperate search of a gas fitting for a propane heater so I could prepare for the upcoming winter storm. With no luck of my own I began searching for someone to help me find the part .. walked to customer service where I was told they would call someone. I heard it called on intercom and waited another nearly 10 min before I called the store and spoke to someone to let them know I was still needing assistance. Another 8 min and no one showed up. Finally I left the store without the part I needed.

Worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I were wanting to buy a refrigerator and a stove and shay the sales person was extremely rude. We were trying to see our best options to buy so we asked her questions and it seemed like that bothered her. She gave us a very bad attitude every time we asked her something. Because of her attitude we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Awesome, they had exactly what I needed as usual. Excellent customer service. John is the sweetest, knowledgeable and a super helpful man. I think he knows where just about everything in the store is. Tyler is a brand new Lowes associate. Tyler is a keeper. He also goes the extra mile for customers. He is so sweet and happy to help. After helping me and several others, he went the extra mile plus for the sweetest older lady. She and I even discussed how great he is. Every employee I came in contact with at my Lowes had a nice smile, greeting and asked if I needed help. Lowes is Awesome.

Always has what I need. They offer good discounts on items. Used the spouse mil id to get 10% off, must have a login. Also, they are pet friendly!

Me and my husband went to Lowe’s in search of a few items. One of those items was a water meter key (which I guess nowadays is called a curb key). We approached Chris who was helping a gentleman do self check-out, and he located a worker for us. Dickie immediately told us where the item was that we were looking for. We went to the aisle but unfortunately could not locate the item. After walking up and down the aisle with no success in finding the curb key, not even on the hanging shelves, we then summoned another employee Ms. Loretta to assist us.Ms. Loretta then took her product locator and located the curb key which was extremely high up on the shelf. Hunter was nearby and he came with the blue lift, located the box, got it down, opened it up and handed us the item we had been looking for. This was a great deal of work for an item that you only maybe use twice a year and for less than $15 bucks.Just when I thought the kindness could not possibly be extended any further, my husband had to go to the restroom. I waited in front with the bag of paid items. While waiting, I was then approached by Ms. Terry, and she was inquiring if I was ok. After having a somewhat difficult holiday season these workers ALL truly made my day. Normally I suggest in my post to give the employee a cash bonus, employee of the month or a raise, but in this case there were so many employees doing all the right thing for all the right reasons….all I can ask is they each be recognized for their efforts and know that there are customers who highly appreciate their above and beyond service.

Shopped at Lowe’s in Beaumont this morning. A young man working there named Brandon was working and was so helpful. He was prompt, helped us find what we needed He was kind and even let us check out a customer desk without having to wait in line. Offered to help us out with our purchase and said if you need anything else, “My Name is Brandon and I’ll be glad to help!”Way to go Lowes for teaching your employees how to give good customer service!!!

I found the all time BEST and FIRMEST wood here all thanks to an employee named Max! He helped me the whole way through even when I thought my questions were getting annoying he still helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for plus a few nice PLANTS from the garden area that I had CALLED about earlier! Thank you Max and Lowes!

If i could give a 0 star i would. On 12-14-23 I received a call at 7am the day of a big appliance delivery saying that the delivery would no be coming do to a Lowe's IT issue. The shipping manger put me on hold for 30 minutes hoping i would hang up. Finally spoke with a assistant manager that just kept stating to me "do you want me to cancel the order" she had no concern to take care of the customer or to make a sale. We are builders that have 2 new construction homes that needed appliances to meet a deadline and this Lowe's store had zero concern other than to get me off the phone and cancel the order so they can get rid of the customer. She stated there was no other higher manager in the store and that she was the highest person to talk to

My husband and I purchased a dryer on sale for $798.00, got the five year extended warranty and had it delivered. The first dryer had a bad dent in the front corner and the control panel was cracked. Lowe's delivery picked it up the next day, and two days later delivered another one. This one had a dent so bad that the delivery guys called me over to the truck to see it instead of bringing it on my property. At that point I decided to just get a refund and start all over with a different brand.Now, do you think we got a full refund? No. Of course not. Because Lowes doesn't refund delivery charges. Not even if they are at fault! We paid good money for a brand new dryer, and only returned it because both were delivered damaged.When you agree to that $29.00 delivery fee, you may find yourself trapped in a game of musical appliances. But be warned, Lowes will win every time...

Delivered a damaged refrigerator . After multiple calls getting damaged picked up and a new one delivered the next day . I will repost if it happens. Well delivered another refrigerator and it was dented. Called distribution center and would not give it to me half off . They were only off by 50dollars. So now coming out again to pick up refrigerator. Will repost if happens.
