Great store, blue beats orange in every way. Can you believe I didn't have to go on a treasure hunt to find what I was looking for? An employee happily showed me where it was, a legit human employee! I'd give 5 stars if their lumber was straight.

This was 4th trip over several days, between two different Lowe's stores looking for a certain item and waiting for more to come in. Though we didn't get the item in store I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service with your employee, Anthony. He looked and looked for the item then helped us figure out how to order it online as it was a 'buy a item and get a different item free.' Thank you Anthony for your help!

Lowe’s is amazing. They didn’t have the Samsung fridge in stock that I wanted but ordered it and delivered and installed in a few days. The guy that has all the badges on his vest is amazing and a huge help. Forgot his name but you’ll know who I’m talking about when you see his vest

I have always been a Lowes person, but after the last few trips to Lowe's I ended up leaving and going to Home Depot. I have been completely disappointed with the personal working there. Very disorganized and customer service has been terrible. Looks like I will be cancelling my Lowe's account and opening up one elsewhere.
