I don't write reviews normally however I have tried to talk to a Manager for 2 days at the Beaumont Location. Even called the Lowe's 800 number. Was told I would hear back within 24 hours. No phone call from 800 number or from Store manager. You think that since it was to do with a $6000 order that I returned due to bad service and not working they would care to call. Amaya at the customer service center was very rude with eye rolling and telling me I could not speak to a manager. This was on day two of what took nearly 4 hours in store to fix. And fix means returning item and leaving to never return. Manager was suppose to call me and of course never did. Stayed in his office (was told he would be on a conference call from 11 am until after 4. Really?

That's it... said I wouldn't do this, but I'm gonna do this... Lowe's Home Improvement... your customer service is a joke. I placed an Online Order for Pickup at 0930 this morning... its been over 6 hours and my order still is not ready. Had I been off work today, I would have drive there and picked my items myself... but I was at work all day today, and the service YOU provide, (i.e. order online, and pick up on my time) is severely lacking... now a guy has to go home and shower with NO HOT WATER because your employees can't pick an order, or update their customers about it... What's even more frustrating, is that when a guy wants to call said store to address or solve an issue... it takes 37 minutes ON HOLD before an associate answers, and 10 more minutes to be transferred to a department... shame on the mess! It be faster if I ordered through Amazon Prime... bet yall'd like that, huh?! I'm telling you folks, shop Locally owned stores like M&DSupply... they not only answer the phone and help you, but they've probably already got what you need... or KNOWS someone that does... You can bet this will go on Google Reviews and Yelp! Because you've earned that honor.

I came in for only a few things and was dreading coming in due to being sick and just recovering but ashtyn made the whole thing better she was enthusiastic and seeet kind referred correct appliances I needed help in and will be coming back for sure !! And will be a regular thank you lowes and ashtyn !

Horrible horrible customer service. I'm a pro member but I now use Home Depot. Management at this particular lowes is awful.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would!! Had a terrible experience here this evening. My husband and I went in to purchase a washer and dryer set. I had already done my research and picked out exactly what I wanted so this should have been a quick sale. When we arrived in the appliance department, there was a customer there already having some kind of trouble that an employee and his supervisor we're dealing with. We stood around waiting for about 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us or said they would be with us in a minute even though several employees walked by. Finally, we started walking away to pick a couple of other items we needed. Then one of the employees who had passed us numerous times without acknowledging us chased us down and told us he had just called someone for us. He pointed us in her direction but when I walked over to her and told her I was ready to make a purchase, she told me she was with another customer. There were no customers in site. By this time we were more than a little annoyed. We went and picked up our other items then returned to the appliance department to see if we could try again. This time there was no one in sight. I looked around the aisles and waited by the computer station for about 10 minutes. Not a soul appeared. Finally, I CALLED THE STORE to see if I could get some help. No one answered. By this time we were done!!! We walked out. I went to Home Depot where they were more than happy to help. I gladly spent over $2K on my new appliances. I will never return to this Lowes again.

The worst lowe's I've ever been to. Horrible customer service and rude employees. Waited almost an hour teying to locate a product tjat was supposed to be ready for pick up.

I am in this store constantly ...in the past they have had lots of staff standing around but they never could help or answer questions, lately however, the garden area has guys to do the heavy lifting, and the person in paints help Me find the right product...Cudos Beaumont, TX !!!! I don't know if there is a new manager or what, the change is noticeable and so appreciated!

I purchased, AND PAID FOR, a dishwasher in November. It was on back order, but delivery was scheduled for 22 December. In December the date slipped to mid January. In January it slipped a couple times until February. In Feb to March. In March a couple more slips to April. In April, it has now slipped to early May. I have still not received, but we're keeping our fingers crossed. Now, I've ordered a lawn mower which was apparently available in the local store. It said it would ship in 1-4 business days, and it projected a delivery date a week later. Today is that week, and now it has a delivery in four more days. If I would have known it would be taking that long, I could maybe have picked it up or arranged to have help picking it up. It seems Lowe's wants to make a sale, but have no intentions of honoring a delivery schedule. I have bought several other appliances and larger purchases in the past, but I will have to consider going to Home Depot or other competitor with future purchases. Customer Service within the store is sparse, at best. Good luck finding someone that can (and is willing to) help. *Update: We received a call that our dishwasher was on the dock. Apparently it had sat there for at least two days without being logged in or ourselves or the installers contacted. Now awaiting call from installer. When ordering the lawn mower it said it was available for pick up at the local store... and free delivery. Just got notification the lawn mower is being shipped from Illinois. Why??

We bought a refrigerator and they offered free delivery. They said the delivery would be on Sunday from 8am-2pm and we would receive a call 30 minutes before they were due to be here. At 2pm that day, we called the store and were told it would arrive by 8pm. The delivery never happened. We called again Monday and was told the refrigerator was still on the truck and would be delivered that day. It was never delivered. After numerous calls and being placed on hold (at one time over an hour), we spoke to the store manager. He said he would credit our account back the money. On Wednesday, we received a call that the refrigerator was on its way. We told them it was already going to be credited and not to bring it. On Thursday, we still didnt see the credit back to our account and after speaking with the manager again, he said he was unable to get hold of the delivery people and they had not brought the refrigerator back and we were told he would call us back at 3pm, which he never did. It's now Saturday and I have been on hold with the store for over an hour waiting to speak again to the manager. A letter has been sent to the Lowe's corporate headquarters. We could not reach them either. Never again...I just want our money back and we will go to Home Depot, Best Buy or Amazon from now on. This Lowe's sucks.

Idiots and smart asses. Just pay a little extra and go their competitor. Delivery and installation are just as inept. SUCKS. The whole damn company needs a swift kick. And the managers claim ignorance on the issues with the store. Really Tiffany..you are as dumb as a box of rocks. No wonder BISD is last in the state for education. Learn how to read!!! Any time you bring up an issue EVERY employee just responded with "well that doesn't have anything to do with me!" So unprofessional through and through!#*_*

We bought a Yeti cooler before the hurricane through online pick up. It was picked quickly and we were in and out. The next day, we went to use it but realized there was no stopper so we went back to the store. The lady at the counter immediately processed a return and handed us a receipt without saying anything. When we told her we wanted an exchange because the product was missing a part, she flat out said, "We don't do exchanges." Weird okay, so then we asked if she could replace the part that was missing from another product because we still wanted it. "We don't do that. If you want it, go find someone to get it down and then go stand in line again" is what we were then told. The line was wrapped around and we already waited. She clearly had no interest in providing customer service, wanted to lie about policies, and had a flat out nasty attitude, so instead we accepted our money back that she had already processed and spent it at Dicks sporting goods down the road who were more than happy to provide assistance. We'll be sure to avoid this Lowes from now on because it's just been one too many experiences like this.

Absolutely worst service will not ever use this store. Sold us a mower then asked us to load it and the mower had a dead battery that they didn't even know how to change. Seriously two freaking nuts I had to do myself after 30 mins of waiting and couldn't find us a manual in that amount of time. They didn't care at all. Called corporate on a manager for talking the way he did to my wife.

I went to this store what I thought was a nice cashier turned out to be a nightmare I got yelled and cursed at my a girl named Katie Menard. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Very rude staff.
