It had been a long time since I bought clothes but this was a great experience. Leslie and Heather were wonderful! They were not pushing you but went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for. If there was something that I needed a different size they went and got it. It saved me from getting dressed to go look for something. I will be back.!! You can count on that!!!

I went to Lane Bryant today and found some beautiful clothes. The staff there is ALWAYS super amazing. They always make me feel welcome and are very helpful. Very happy with my experience in every way.

I love me some lane bryant and have always gotten my bras from here because of the helpful and friendly service. This was not the case today. I went in to get some new bras found 3 i liked and went to try them on. The first 2 i put on looked and felt amazing the 3rd one was just a little much with 6 clasps and a hook at the back of the neck... it was just a little too much work not a big deal just wasn't for me. Upon leaving the dressing room the blonde lady who let me in ask how everything went which i replied the first two were amazing but this 3rd one was just a little too complicated to which she replied after looking it over "it doesn't look that hard" with a little laugh like she was making fun of me i had to walk away as i felt my blood pressure rise... i was blown away at the audacity of this woman as she later say "oh i thought it clipped in the front i see how that be a little hard. Im sorry" across the store after i walked away before i snappped on her!! I am a waitress and if there is one thing i know its custmer service and she did not have to say what she said in the way she said it!! And then as i told her she was a little rude she said "well i said i was sorry" i had to get out of there after that! She ruined the whole experience... to the brunette that cashed me out you were amazing and i am so sorry you have to work with someone like her!
