We went in to look at e-bikes. Greeted instantly by Preston who was extremely nice. He went over what we would need, and mind you we were only looking, we ended up purchasing them. With the promotions they had going on and his knowledge, we couldn't pass up a good deal. Thank you Preston for being so kind and taking care of us. We can't wait to ride!

The owner pulled a Biden and used his sorry memory as an excuse for not knowing about my bike. I called for months about my tandem bike. And now it’s missing after I was told they were too busy to fix it. It was a 3 seater with a banna seat. I guess I lost a bike because some old geezer can’t remember. Give it up already!

Took an old bike to be serviced. Staff was friendly and place is mostly Trek bikes. But nice local place for your bike needs and services.

The staff, owners, were very cordial and knowledgeable. I requested a tune up for my bike and they delivered as promised. Since I bought my bike from them over ten years ago, I was not disappointed in my return trip.
